Pear variety: Late Sanji pear
It is native to Niigata Prefecture, Japan. In China's Shandong, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Fujian and other provinces have cultivated. It's a high-yielding variety.
The fruit is large, with an average weight of 393 grams and a maximum of 500 grams, nearly round. Fruiting pedicels stout, sepals persistent. The flesh is white, large in the center, fine in flesh, sweet in taste, juicy, containing 13.3% soluble solids, 6.3% soluble sugar and 0.39% titratable acid. The quality is medium and the fruit has strong storage tolerance. Medium tree vigor, strong germination, weak branching force, mainly short fruit branches, fruit bearing 3 years after planting, high and stable yield. It blooms from late March to early April in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and matures in mid and late September. It is suitable for high density cultivation and easy to obtain early high yield.
