3. Operating points

(1) Material selection: potato with high starch content and no rot is selected. Generally, every 5-6 kilograms of fresh potatoes can process 1 kilogram of refined white starch or vermicelli. (2) Potato washing: pour fresh potatoes directly into the hopper of potato washing machine, start the machine to supply water, stir and wash through the machine, convey, and automatically enter the grinding separator. (3) Pulp grinding and separation: crushing fresh potatoes by a pulp grinding separator, washing and filtering again, so that starch in potatoes is fully eluted. (4) purification and decoloration treatment: adding edible decoloring agent No. 1 into starch milk, stirring and desanding by a desander, adding edible decoloring agent No. 1, adding water, filtering once by a 1000-mesh filter, precipitating, dewatering and powdering; adding water to stir evenly, filtering by a 140-mesh screen, and powdering after precipitation to obtain refined white starch. (5) vermicelli molding: take the right amount of water and starch into the dough mixer, and then add the boiling agent to stir well. Then pour the good flour paste into the fan machine, so that the fans shape. (6) Cool and cool: Spread the formed vermicelli in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight and wind. After 5-8 hours of spreading, the powder can be opened and put on shelves for drying. drying until the moisture content is 16%, collecting powder, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
