Characteristics: the seedling is robust, the root system is developed, the plant type is compact, the stem is tough, the plant height is about 90 cm, the main stem has 15 leaves, the leaves are erect and short, wide and thick, the leaf color is dark, and the light energy utilization rate is high; the spike rod is semi-tight spike, the ear length is 15m ~ 18cm, the number of filled grains per panicle is about 100, the seed setting rate is about 90%, the 1000-grain weight is about 24 grams, and the grain is long and oval, awnless. Testa yellow, glume tip brown. Brown rice rate 82.23%, milled rice rate 7417%, head rice rate 70.30%, ratio of length to width 1.6, gel consistency 100 mm, endosperm waxy, amylose content 0, protein 9.10%. The growth period is about 153 days in Liaoning, which belongs to the autumn light maturity variety, with good high yield and stable yield, strong stress resistance, strong tillering ability, high panicle rate and about 70% effective tillers; it is moderately resistant to rice blast and susceptible to rice false smut under high fertilizer conditions. it has the characteristics of lodging resistance, drought tolerance, cold tolerance and non-premature senescence of living stalk. In the northern regional test from 1996 to 1997, the average yield per mu in two years was 481 kg, 9.31% higher than that of Zhongdan 2. The production test in Liaoning Province from 1995 to 1996 showed an average of 668.8 kg in two years, an increase of 24.2% over the control Liaonuo 1. In the rice production experiment in northern China in 1998, the average yield per mu was 510.0 kg, which was 3.6% higher than that of the local control.

Cultivation points: medium fertility field 29.7 cm X 19.8 or 23.1 cm, 4 seedlings per hole; high fertility field 29.7 cm X 26.4 cm or 29.7 cm, 5 seedlings per hole. 75 kg ammonium sulfate and 60 kg phosphate fertilizer are applied per mu, combined with potassium, silicon, zinc and other trace fertilizers. Water management should adhere to the combination of deep, shallow and dry, pipe water should be irrigated intermittently in the later stage, and water should be withdrawn 10 days before harvest to ensure living stalk harvest.
