Characteristics: late maturing japonica rice varieties. The plant height is about 90 cm, the plant type is compact, the seedling is sturdy, the root system is developed, there are many tillers, the flag leaf is longer, more than 70% of the effective vegetables are separated, the number of effective panicles per mu is 300,000-350,000, the number of grains per ear is 90-110, the seed setting rate is more than 85%, and the 1000-grain weight is 26 grams. During the growth period of 160 days in Liaoning, it requires active accumulated temperature of 3300 ℃, resistance to rice blast, moderate resistance to bacterial blight, resistance to lodging, tolerance to drought, tolerance to salt and alkali, and maturity of living stalk. The average yield per mu is about 500 kilograms.

Main points of cultivation: 150 grams per square meter for dry sowing, 27 cm X 12 cm or 27 cm X 15 cm for planting, 4 seedlings per hole, 60-70 kg ammonium sulfate per mu.

Suitable range: Fengjin and Liaojing 5 planting areas in Liaoning Province and Zhongdan 2 planting areas in North and Northwest China.
