Soybean bacterial spot disease
Symptoms: damage to seedlings, leaves, petioles, stems and pods. The infected cotyledons of the seedlings had semicircular or subcircular brown spots. Leaves infected with primary chlorosis irregular small spots, water stains, expanded polygonal or irregular shape, the size of about 3-4mm, dark brown to dark brown in the middle of the disease spot, with a narrow halo ring on the periphery, and the disease spot fused into dead patches. The stem was dark brown water-stained strip at the beginning of the disease, irregular after expansion, slightly sunken. Pods and beans are infected with dark brown stripes.
Control methods (1) rotation with Gramineae crops for more than 3 years. (2) at present, a number of soybean varieties resistant to bacterial spot disease have been bred in China, such as Kehuang 2, Xuzhou 424, Nan493-1, Peixian Dabaijiao and so on. (3) compost retted by Japanese enzyme bacteria or fully mature organic fertilizer. (4) the seeds were mixed with 50% of the seed weight of 0.3% before sowing. (5) at the initial stage of the disease, spray 1purl 160 Bordeaux solution or 30% Ludabao suspension 400 times, prevention and treatment once or twice depending on the disease.

Key points of cultivation techniques of small ridge, narrow row and close planting of soybean
Soybean small ridge narrow row close planting cultivation techniques: first, rotation: rotation with wheat, corn and other crops in the three areas or with wheat, corn and other crops every other year to avoid repeated cropping. Second, soil tillage: first, flat turning and ridging. Second, rotary ploughing and ridging. The third is ridging with sowing. Third, variety selection: select semi-dwarf sublimited varieties with strong culm strength, disease resistance, high yield and suitable for close planting, and the ripening period is suitable or slightly earlier than that of local varieties. Fourth, seed preparation: first, seed selection. The second is seed treatment. Fifth, fertilization: first, increase application

Technical regulation of soybean thin-planting and high-yield cultivation?
1. Select special varieties: select branched varieties, tall and luxuriant plants, strong culms, long flowering period, large flower clusters, high pod setting rate, high fertilizer and water tolerance, medium or late maturity varieties. II. Land selection and tillage fertilization: select plain land with high soil organic matter content and good water condition, and the same fertility plot of the right crop land. The best preceding crop is corn crop, and organic fertilizer should be added. 3. Sowing: Select seeds. Pest-free, even-sized, plump seeds. The sowing period is generally stable at 5 cm
