Occurrence Regularity of Mushroom Verrucospora
The pathogen was widely distributed in the depth of 2cm to 9cm in the surface soil layer, and its suitable growth temperature was about 25 ℃. It grew very slowly below 10 ℃, and could not grow above 35 ℃. The results showed that in soil and compost, the pathogenic spores could die in 4 hours under 56 ℃ (1 hour at 65 ℃). The pathogen is mainly transmitted through soil, water spray, people, tools, insects and so on. In addition, poor ventilation, high temperature and high humidity are also important causes of the disease.

Control methods of mushroom verrucosporium
(1) spray and disinfect mushroom houses and mushroom racks with 5% bleach aqueous solution or 5% formaldehyde solution before planting. (2) cover the soil with disinfection, take the deep soil less than 30 cm, do not take the surface soil, and do not take the soil from the field where mushroom waste has been produced. After the covering soil is ready, it should be exposed to dry in the sun and disinfected with chemicals at the same time. Specific methods: use 1.5 grams of defective mildew net per square meter to mix well with the soil, and the dosage can be increased appropriately in areas with serious diseases; after the second harvest of mushrooms, 700 verrucrum net is used.

Control of mushroom flies
The larvae of all kinds of flies, which are usually called maggots, are very harmful to mushrooms, not only eating mushroom hyphae but also spreading diseases. Mushroom flies are mainly born in feces and brought into mushroom houses through culture materials. After fruiting, it is often found that maggots of various colors gather at the contact between the cap and the stalk, or drill into the interior of the stalk, seriously affecting the quality and yield of mushrooms. Prevention measures: 1. During the stacking period, 0.5% dichlorvos should be sprayed regularly around the pile;2. Dichlorvos should also be sprayed regularly around the mushroom house, and environmental protection should be carried out frequently.
