Sodium pyrosulfite treatment. First rinse mushrooms with 100ppm's sodium pyrosulfite solution for 5 minutes, then soak in 1000ppm sodium pyrosulfite solution for 30 minutes, remove and drain, put into a plastic bag for storage. The mushroom can be kept white for a long time when the temperature is 10 ℃ and 15 min.
