Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Mushrooms begin to emerge one after another in late September, which is also the time when mushroom pathogens begin to multiply. Mushroom walnut fleshy fungus is a serious pathogen in mushroom production. This bacteria is also known as "pseudotruffle", and its pathogen is Microsporum. The ascomycetes are in the shape of walnut meat or cauliflower when piled, light yellow to creamy and light brown when ripe. The surface is covered with dandruff, the fungus is dense and soft, and has a fishy smell after being crushed, up to more than 10 centimeters. Once the mushroom bed is infected by walnut fleshy bacteria, the bed surface should immediately stop spraying water and make its substrate soil surface dry.

Mushrooms begin to grow in late September, which is also the time when mushroom house germs begin to multiply and harm. Sarcoidium juglandis is one of the most harmful fungi in mushroom production. The fungus is also called "false truffle", and its pathogen is Delphinium microsporum. Ascocarp are walnut flesh or cauliflower when piled, pale yellow to cream, light brown after ripening. The surface is covered with dander, the flesh is dense and soft, and there is a fishy smell after crushing, which can reach more than 10 centimeters.

Once the mushroom room bed is infected by walnut fleshy fungus, the bed surface should immediately stop spraying water, dry the substrate soil surface, and pick up the fruiting body of walnut fleshy fungus and replace it with new soil. When the room temperature drops below 16℃, it is managed according to the routine to avoid affecting the fruiting. In non-chemical artificial comprehensive management, pay close attention to the mushroom room high temperature at 23-26℃, if the ventilation is poor, the culture medium is too warm, partial acid, poor permeability, a large number of aerial weakness, will occur; in the material, material surface or soil layer appear short and dense white hyphae, culture medium occurs a pungent bleaching powder smell, in the formation of fruit bodies at the same time, but also a large number of conidia.

Chemical control: If the bacteria occur in small areas, diesel oil or kerosene can be used for irrigation, but it cannot be used in large areas to avoid affecting the fruiting. Serious large-area occurrence should insist on environmental disinfection with 800 times of carbendazim liquid, and 800 times of carbendazim mixed with materials can prevent occurrence. The disease area can also be treated with 2% formaldehyde, covered with film for fumigation sterilization, and sprayed with 1% lime water 10kg, added with sodium carbonate 25g, 1 -2 times in the disease area, the effect is ideal.
