Grey mold of carnation
[brief introduction]
The disease is a common disease of growing carnation in greenhouse and greenhouse, which can cause brown spot or rot of petals, which seriously affects the quality of cut flowers.
[symptomatic]
Botrytis cinerea mainly occurs at the edge of petals, and then several petals are entangled by gray fungi. If the environment is wet, the petals rot and there is gray mildew on it. When the flower bud occurs, there are waterlogged irregular spots, soft rot, but also produce gray mildew.
[pathogen]
It is BotrytiscinereaPers..
[route of infection]
The pathogen overwintered in the remnant of diseased plant or soil in the form of sclerotia. When the temperature is about 20 ℃ and the humidity is very high, the disease occurs seriously. Planting in greenhouse and greenhouse often leads to the occurrence of this disease because of low temperature and high humidity in early spring and autumn. The disease resistance of tissue culture seedlings was better than that of cutting seedlings. Safflower varieties are more resistant to disease than yellow ones.
[prevention and control methods]
1. Increase mild ventilation to keep the humidity in the greenhouse low, and the disease prevention effect is good. Susceptible plants and flowers should be removed immediately.
2. Chemical prevention and treatment: the following application methods can be selected at the initial stage of the disease:
1) smoke method (suitable for greenhouses and greenhouses): try 10% Chlorothalonil smoke agent 200-250 grams per mu, or use 45% chlorothalonil smoke remover, 250 grams per mu, fumigation for 3-4 hours.
2) Dust method (suitable for greenhouses and greenhouses): 10% trichlorothalonil or 10% chlorothalonil can be sprayed in the evening, 1 kg per mu, once every 9-11 days, continuous use or other control methods are used alternately for 2-3 times.
3) spray method: use 2000 times of 50% propofol wettable powder, or 1000-1500 times of 50% propofol (isocarbamide) wettable powder, or 50% thiophanate methyl (methyl thiophanate methyl), or 4000 times of 50% sulfur suspension (once every 20 days), spray 3 times every 6-8 days.

Necrotic spot of Carnation
[pathogen] Carnation necrotic streak virus (Carnationnecroticfiackvirus,CaNFU), the lethal temperature was 40-45 ℃ and the in vitro survival time was 20 ℃-2-4 days. [symptoms] there are grayish white, yellowish or purplish red necrotic spots or stripes on the leaves, which are often parallel to the veins. The old leaf occurs more seriously and spreads upward. When it is serious, the whole leaf turns yellow and necrotic.

Control of Botrytis cinerea in Carnation
Gray mold of carnation, also known as carnation blight, is a common disease of growing carnation in greenhouse and greenhouse. The disease harms the petals of the plant, causes brown spots and rot on the petals, and seriously affects the quality of cut flowers. Symptoms: the disease mainly occurs on petals and buds, and occasionally occurs in stems and leaves. At the beginning of the disease, the susceptible flowers began to appear light brown water stains from the edge of the petals, and then several petals were entangled by gray fungi. In the later stage of the disease, if the environment is wet and the petals rot, gray appears on it.
