(1) according to local conditions, Pingyi County is located in the hinterland of Mengshan and belongs to the Yihe River system in the Huaihe River Basin. The area of mountains and hills accounts for 85%. The territory has undulating mountains and ravines, and soil erosion is very serious. In recent years, during the long-term comprehensive management of small watersheds for soil and water conservation, Pingyi County in Shandong Province realized that planting honeysuckle by Weir is an important measure to control soil erosion, improve ecological environment, develop mountain economy and improve people's living standards in mountainous areas. therefore, based on the local natural advantages, Pingyi County has carried out large-scale development of Yanbian honeysuckle and treated the development of honeysuckle as an industry. (4) relying on science and technology to increase the content of science and technology. First, after several years of experiments, the Honeysuckle training Center has cultivated excellent varieties such as large hairy flowers and chicken feet, which have been covered by scientific and technological personnel in villages, farmers and demonstrations. at present, the promotion rate of excellent varieties of 120 million piers of honeysuckle cultivated in the county has reached 95%, which has led to a new improvement in the quality and output of honeysuckle. Second, the comprehensive processing and utilization of flowers, stems and leaves of honeysuckle has been listed as a key development project by the National Food Association and included in the provincial science and technology committee's "short, flat and fast" project. The five topics of honeysuckle series products jointly developed by the county food factory, the provincial science and technology committee and the provincial fermentation research institute have all passed the appraisal and put into production, which has led to the rapid development of the honeysuckle processing industry. At present, there are more than 20 honeysuckle processing enterprises in the county, and the extraction of chlorogenic acid in Liuyu Town has filled the domestic gap.
