Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Hard opening: when mushrooms encounter abnormal climate, the phenomenon of young fruit bodies opening umbrellas early is called hard opening, which usually occurs when the temperature difference is about 10 ℃ or drops suddenly, above 18 ℃. The heat preservation work can be done before the sudden change of temperature, and the air relative humidity in the mushroom room can be increased. Deformed mushroom: the reason for the formation is that the thickness of the covered soil is different, the mushroom position is low, and the carbon dioxide content in the mushroom room is more than 0.3%; or caused by drug pests, diseases and insect pests. Attention should be paid to the quality of soil cover and ventilation to prevent harmful gases from entering the mushroom room.

Hard opening: when mushrooms encounter abnormal climate, the phenomenon of young fruit bodies opening umbrellas early is called hard opening, which usually occurs when the temperature difference is about 10 ℃ or drops suddenly, above 18 ℃.

Attention should be paid to the quality of soil cover and ventilation to prevent harmful gases from entering the mushroom room and pay attention to the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests.

Thin skin mushroom: the whole mushroom stage can occur, mainly because the temperature in the mushroom room is too high and too low or the bed is overventilated. It is necessary to strengthen ventilation at high temperature to remove wet air from the mushroom room; when it is low temperature or strong wind, the mushroom room should be kept warm and moisturized.

Pleurotus ostreatus: the fruiting body is born in the material or the lower part of the soil, and the mushroom shape is not round. This kind of mushroom is of poor quality and sparse. The reason is that the culture material is too wet; the material is mixed with soil; the mushroom room is ventilated too much, the temperature is too low, and the soil is covered too late, resulting in the mushroom setting too early and the mushroom position too low. The culture material should not be too wet or mixed into the mud; the mushroom room should be properly ventilated; after the coarse soil is diverted to water, the ventilation can be reduced and the air relative humidity of about 85% can be maintained to promote the growth of the hyphae to the coarse soil surface; when the small buds have not yet been formed, the hyphae should be covered with fine soil to create conditions for the hyphae to continue to grow into the fine soil layer to prevent premature mushroom formation.

Red root spot: it occurs in the late stage of mushroom emergence, when the temperature is low, the evaporation water is less, the mycelium activity is poor, the water absorption capacity is weak, and the mushroom emergence is slow. If too much water is sprayed or the climate changes suddenly and the acidity in the material is high, the disease will occur. Pay attention to proper water spraying, when the acidity in the material is high, the pH value should be adjusted with lime water in time.
