The variety was approved by Zhejiang Variety examination and approval Committee in April 2000. The main characteristics of this variety are as follows: 1. High temperature tolerance: the suitable temperature of mycelium is 24 ℃ ~ 36 ℃, the optimum temperature is 26 ℃ ~ 32 ℃, the suitable temperature for mushroom production is 25 ℃ ~ 34 ℃, and the optimum temperature for mushroom production is 27 ℃ ~ 32 ℃. It can continue to grow at 38 ℃ and can withstand high temperature of 40 ℃. two。 High yield: 7.515 kg / m ~ 2 per unit area. 3. Good mushroom quality: round mushroom shape, white, delicious taste, not easy to change color, resistant to storage and transportation, according to foreign trial marketing, can be refrigerated and kept fresh for more than 8 days. 4. Wide source of raw materials, simple cultivation and low investment: the main raw materials are rice and wheat straw. The cultivation is roughly the same as that of Agaricus bisporus, which can be cultivated in the existing mushroom house, greenhouse or in the middle greenhouse in summer. The strains we provide are pure and stable, and the high-yield cultivation techniques are matching and mature (including pest control techniques).
