High efficiency of mushroom cultivation at high temperature
The cultivation of high temperature mushroom variety Xindeng 96 in high temperature season not only makes the annual cultivation of mushroom farmers become a reality, but also the benefit is 45 yuan per square meter.
First, the formula of culture material. ⑴ rice straw 1000 kg, vegetable cake 1000 kg, urea 20 kg, mushroom 50 kg, calcium superphosphate 15 kg, lime 30 kg. ⑵ rice straw 2000 kg, vegetable cake 140kg, calcium superphosphate 100kg, gypsum 100kg, lime 75kg, urea 40kg. The culture material was prepared by secondary fermentation for about 15 days, during which the pile was turned for 3-4 times, then went into the mushroom room or shed, heated to 65 ℃ and kept for 6-8 hours, then cooled to 52 ℃ for 3 days, and then fermented.
Second, sowing and germicidal period management. The second sowing method was used. That is, first sprinkle the amount of bacteria on the surface of the material, then turn the bacteria into the material, then sprinkle the remaining 1 of the bacteria on the surface of the material layer, and gently pat it flat with a plank. The sowing rate is 2 bottles of wheat seeds or 3 bottles of cotton husks per square meter. After sowing, bacteria are mainly caused by tight windows and properly ventilated when the temperature is high.
Third, cover the soil. Cover the soil when the mycelium basically grows to the bottom of the material layer, the covering material is fine mud, rice bran ash or river mud, rice bran ash, the ratio of dragon bran ash to soil is 20:1, spray formaldehyde before disinfection, the moisture should be pinched and scattered, and the pH value is about 8. Cover soil thickness 3-4 cm, spray 2.25 kg water per square meter, tight window, soil layer gap when there is mycelium emerging to fill the soil.
Fourth, mushroom production management. About 15 days after covering the soil, the hyphae began to kink into primordia, which was ventilated and sprayed to keep the bed moist all the time, while the mushroom house (mushroom shed) maintained a high air humidity of 85% and 90%.
Fifth, pest control. After the end of a tide of mushrooms, spray the bed with 4ml of water and 25kg of water, and increase ventilation so that the water does not accumulate in the mushroom body and cause discoloration and rotten spots.
