Be alert to the dangers of poisonous mushrooms
Wild mushrooms are often seen protruding from the ground in the woods, in the grass, and beside the dung grass pile. Many people pick poisonous mushrooms and eat them at home because they don't know the difference between poisonous mushrooms and non-toxic mushrooms. Accidental consumption of poisonous mushrooms occurs from time to time, and there are fatal accidents. To this end, the relevant departments reminded the public not to blindly pick and eat wild mushrooms to ensure food safety. Recently, some farmers' markets have been found to sell poisonous mushrooms. Wild mushrooms that you don't know and haven't eaten should never be bought and eaten easily. Catering units should not purchase or process wild mushrooms that they do not know to ensure the safety of consumers.
People know that mushrooms are delicious, but not everyone knows that some mushrooms are poisonous. In general, it is difficult for the naked eye to accurately identify which is toxic and which is non-toxic. Therefore, after eating indiscriminately, it is easy to have poisoning. A small amount of poisonous mushrooms can kill people.
According to literature reports, there are more than 80 species of poisonous mushrooms in China, of which more than 20 are common. Among them, there are 9 kinds of serious toxicity that can kill people. The main clinical damages caused by the toxins of these poisonous mushrooms are liver damage type, neuropsychiatric type, gastrointestinal type, hemolytic type and so on. It usually occurs between 6 and 24 hours after eating, with initial vomiting, followed by abdominal pain and diarrhea. Serious can cause toxic myocarditis or toxic encephalopathy, the condition deteriorates rapidly. If not treated in time, he will die within 1-2 days.
In order to avoid the harm of poisonous mushrooms to the human body, people should have some common sense to identify poisonous mushrooms. For example, a poisonous mushroom has a fungal wheel on its umbrella handle and a cyst on its root. The handle of an umbrella is difficult to tear open by hand. After being broken, there will be a white or yellow juice with a spicy taste. Some poisonous mushrooms are bright and good-looking, with red, purple, yellow or other mottled spots, red at the base, and abnormal shape. Some give off a spicy, nasty or bitter taste. Based on experience, some people think that as long as mushrooms and garlic or silverware are cooked together and the garlic does not turn black, mushrooms can be eaten. In fact, this is very unscientific. At present, there is no specific medicine for the treatment of mushroom poisoning in the world. If the poisoning is deep, it will not be cured. After eating wild mushrooms, if there are symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, you should immediately use a simple method to give first aid such as vomiting, gastric lavage, catharsis or enema. At the same time, it should be sent to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible to avoid life-threatening.
