Adults are divided into winter and summer types. The winter-type adults overwinter in the cracks of pear branches, and a few in weeds, fallen leaves and soil. Commonly used chemicals are 20% fenvalerate emulsion 3000 times solution, 10% Dachenggong WP 2000 times solution, 0.9% Aifuding 3000 times solution, etc., which can also control pear bees and pear aphids.
