The method of rapid propagation of potato buds
Land selection: all areas where sprouting or transplanting must be plots where potatoes have not been planted for more than 3 years. Nurture sprouts: select potatoes: carefully select the original or original seeds harvested last year, select potatoes weighing about 100 grams and uniform size, and remove individual deformed potatoes and diseased potatoes. Promote sprouting: hang the selected potato pieces on the ground in a nylon net shed and dry them for 10-15 days. When the surface of the seed potato becomes soft and the top bud grows to the size of the soybean grain, the potato sprout is planted. Make budding bed: the bed is 1 meter wide, 2.5 meters long and 0.3 meters deep. Select fresh donkey and horse manure to be filtered repeatedly and spread into the border, with a thickness of 0.2 meters, stamped and watered thoroughly, watering the surface with your feet, and it is appropriate to squeeze water around your feet. Add a small plastic arch shed in time, cover and seal it with plastic film, and let it fully mature for a week in a greenhouse of 25-35 ℃. Planting potato: first spread 3 cm thick fine fluvo-aquic soil on the surface of the bed, then put the selected and accelerated seed potato into the bed, the tuber navel down, the top up, tilted from north to south, and the distance between potato and potato is about 4 cm. Then sprinkle fine sand and fertile soil 3 cm thick on the surface of the seed potato, scrape the top flat, and if the topsoil is dry, spray properly to make the topsoil moist, and then cover the plastic film for heat preservation and sprouting. The sprouts were planted on May 23, and the buds were broken for the first time on June 10. The first budding period was 18 days, and the second budding period was 12 days. Transplant: make the bed: make the bed flat in the nylon net room, the width of the bed is 1 meter, apply sufficient bottom fertilizer, 3000 kg of high-quality barnyard manure and 40 kg of ammonium nitrate are applied per mu. Budding and transplanting: when the buds of seed potatoes grow to 3-4.5 cm and stout, and the roots are about 9 cm long, with a large number of fibrous roots, transplanting can be carried out.

However, export fresh potatoes have more stringent requirements on quality. compared with the main potato producing countries in Europe, there is a gap in variety, classification, packaging, storage and transportation of fresh potatoes exported by China. This paper briefly introduces the fresh-keeping technology of potato: 1. Anti-browning and sterilization anti-browning of potato. The most effective concentration of sodium hypochlorite is 17.5ppm and the soaking solution ph is 4.
