Advocate small whole potato sowing, first whole potato teeth before cutting, knife strict disinfection. Small whole potato has strong vitality and good disease resistance, while avoiding cross-infection such as ring rot bacteria, poor section healing and the invasion of saprophytic bacteria. In production, it is advocated to give priority to the selection of small whole potatoes as seed potatoes. When it is necessary to cut the potato, it is recommended to sprout the whole potato first and cut it now before sowing, so as to avoid the long contact between the section and the section. Strict selection and elimination of diseased potatoes before budding. When cutting potatoes, each person should prepare a knife as much as possible. The knife should be disinfected with alcohol or flame first. When the section is observed, it is found that when the vascular bundle changes from milky yellow to dark brown, first remove the diseased potato, and then change the knife. Before cutting, soak the knife in 50 mg / L copper sulfate solution for more than 10 minutes.
