The plant type is compact, the growth is prosperous, the panicle type is medium, the tillering ability is strong, the leaf color is dark green, the population uniformity is good, the late ripening color is good, and the lodging resistance is strong; in inoculation identification, it is susceptible to bacterial blight, panicle neck blast and sheath blight; stripe blight is 86.3% in field planting identification from 2005 to 2006 (the two-year average incidence rate of the susceptible control is 87.6%). The quality was tested by the Food quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2006, the rate of head rice was 66.4%, the rate of chalky grains was 29.0%, the degree of chalkiness was 3.7%, the gel consistency was 70.0 mm, and the amylose content was 16.9%. The physical and chemical indexes of rice quality reached the third-grade high-quality rice standard of the national standard.
