Jinyou 117 (Rice)
Jinyou 117 is a new hybrid rice variety with high yield and high quality cultivated by Changde Institute of Agricultural Sciences. The breeding of this variety has solved the problem of high yield and poor quality of hybrid rice. The variety, with a full growth period of 135 days, is a medium-maturing variety with a plant height of 110 boxes of rice, a plant height of 300 grains per panicle, an ear length of 25 cm, a seed setting rate of 85% and a 1000-grain weight of 30 grams. The rice has strong stem, developed root system, strong tillering ability and resistance to rice blast. Generally, the output is 600 kg per 667 square meters (1 mu), with a high yield of 800 kg.
