Zinc deficiency in chickens

The feathers are severely damaged, especially the wing feathers and tail.

Similar symptoms: hypertrophy of tarsal joint, thick and short legs and feet. (similar to colibacillosis, staphylococcosis, synovial cystic mycoplasmosis, vitamin B6 deficiency, vitamin B2 deficiency, joint gout, vitamin B11 (folic acid) deficiency, choline deficiency, manganese deficiency, vitamin PP (nicotinic acid) deficiency, zinc deficiency)

Differential symptoms: light feet and legs have scaly skin, severe skin keratosis of legs and feet, and cracks in the soles of feet. There is a serious defect at the end of the feather, especially in the wing feather and tail.

Treatment: add 10 grams of zinc sulfate 5-Mel per 50 kg feed, and increase the dosage of VE for adjuvant treatment.
