Last Updated: 2024/11/05, ① bed frame setting: it is basically the same as the bed frame for cultivating mushrooms, with a width of 1.2m, a height of 2.5m and a length of 5.5m. The lowest layer can be cultivated on the ground, using pit-type double-layer flax planting method. The spacing of each layer of the bed frame is 60 cm, and it can be planted with 5 or 6 layers. You can build it with an iron frame or a wooden pole, as long as it is strong and durable. Use wood and bark at the bottom of each bed (it is best not to use pine wood, if you can't find the wood of broad-leaved trees, you can also use pine wood instead), wide slats and so on. If there is no plank, use bamboo

① bed frame setting: it is basically the same as the bed frame for cultivating mushrooms, with a width of 1.2m, a height of 2.5m and a length of 5.5m.

If there is no plank, it is OK to use a bamboo pole as the bottom of the bed, but it must be laid more densely, or put a layer of plastic film (with some holes) on the bamboo pole to prevent the culture material from leaking down. The grooves are surrounded by boards or straw curtains, with a height of 30 cm. The sulfur dioxide produced by burning sulfur in the room before hemp is sterilized. Close the doors and windows in advance and use 1.5 kilograms of sulfur for every 100 cubic meters; or fumigate with 50 milliliters of dichlorvos and 50 milliliters of formalin (also known as formaldehyde) mixed with sawdust; or fumigate with 500 milliliters of formalin and 20% potassium permanganate for 24 hours before releasing the residual gas.

② planting time: cultivation of Gastrodia elata on the bed frame can start from October to November, but there must be indoor heating equipment, preferably with coal gangue as fuel, heating with a closed furnace, adding coal every 24 hours or 36 hours, so as to save labor, low cost, and maintain indoor constant temperature; it can also be cultivated in February of the second year, but the cultivation yield is high from October to November.

After indoor sterilization, you should plant hemp immediately. The lowest layer is digging holes in the ground to plant hemp. The slot on the bed frame is covered with perforated plastic film. The length of the stick is 1.1 meters, or it can be connected with two sticks with a length of 55 centimeters. The specific planting method can refer to the outdoor flat border planting method or box planting double-layer planting method.

③ temperature and humidity management: cultivation of Gastrodia elata in autumn and winter, the indoor temperature should be low at the beginning, maintained at 1-5 ℃ for 50 days. Make Gastrodia elata go through the dormant period. After the dormancy period is over, the indoor temperature should be gradually increased. When the temperature in the culture medium rises to 8 ℃, Armillaria mellea begins to grow, and when the temperature reaches 12 ℃, Gastrodia elata begins to germinate. At the same time, Gastrodia elata is easy to be inoculated with Armillaria mellea. When the temperature rises to 15-20 ℃, the humidity should reach 55%-60%; when the temperature rises to 20-25 ℃, the humidity should increase to 65%. The temperature of 20-25 ℃ is the peak growth period of Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea. The longer the constant temperature is 20-25 ℃, the easier it is to obtain high yield, but the temperature should not exceed 25 ℃ and the humidity should not exceed 70%. The room temperature should be constant, not high and low, so as not to cause rotten hemp. After September, Gastrodia elata grows slowly with the decrease of temperature, and the humidity should also be reduced, so it can no longer be watered. By the beginning of October, the humidity of the culture material should be reduced to 30% and 40% (too much humidity can easily cause rotten flax), and hemp can occur from mid-October to early November. The room should be kept clean and hygienic, prevent the infection of miscellaneous bacteria, and prevent the harm of mouse mole cricket.
