Raw material formula

Manufacturing method
When one or more ingredients selected from the above excipients are added to the dried potato powder, there is no special limit on the addition amount of each ingredient, but the most appropriate addition is: gluten powder 0.5% 20% (weight percentage, same below). Soybean protein powder 0.2% 10%, dried egg powder 0.2%, polysaccharides 0.05%, starch 0.5%. Salt and seasoning can also be added to the above raw materials as needed.
The dough was made by adding water to the mixed powder, and the addition amount of water was 1.4-2.8 times of the weight of the mixed powder. Then shape the dough according to the desired shape and deep-fry it at a temperature of 160-180 ℃.
