Variety source: a new high-quality three-line hybrid rice variety bred by Guofeng High-quality Hybrid Rice breeding Center (a joint venture between Hefei Fengle seed Industry and China Rice Research Institute).

Characteristics: the growth period of double cropping late rice is similar to that of Jinyougui 99, and the growth period of single cropping middle rice is about 6 days shorter than that of Shanyou 63. The combination has higher plants, medium tillering ability, longer flag leaves, larger spikes and more grains, generally 180 grains per panicle, seed setting rate 85%, 1000-grain weight 30 grams, slender grain type, good rice quality, and low heart-belly white ratio. In 2000, he participated in the regional test of high-quality medium indica group in Anhui Province. In 6 pilot projects, the yield of 5 points was the first and the second was 1, with an average yield of 560.4 kg per mu, an increase of 6.48% over Shanyou 63, ranking first in the tested combination. The combination has strong adaptability, high resistance to bacterial blight and light susceptibility to rice blast. It is suitable for the cultivation of single cropping middle rice in the double cropping rice area of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

Main points of cultivation: suitable for planting at medium fertilizer and water level. The seed consumption is 1-1.5 kg / mu, the planting density of medium rice is 5 inch x 7 inch, and that of late rice is slightly denser. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer per mu is equivalent to about 10 kg of pure nitrogen. The seedling age is 30-35 days, planting 18-20 thousand holes per mu, and the basic seedling is 8-100000. The field was roasted with 18-200000 seedlings per mu, and excessive nitrogen fertilizer was avoided in the later stage.
