Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Vibrio disease 1. Pathogen: mainly Vibrio anguillarum. 2. Symptoms: according to the type of Vibrio infection, it can be roughly divided into three types: yellow liver type, intestinal tip type and ulcer type. the diseased fish swim weakly, blacken, exophthalmos, epidermis bleeding, go deep into the muscle layer, the inner surface of the operculum, the base of the fin and the snout end congestion and then ulcer, anal redness and swelling, light Gill color, enlarged liver of diseased fish, some all fade to khaki, some local fade, hyperemia. There are blisters full of blood in the liver of diseased fish, gallbladder enlargement and vesicles.

1. Vibrio disease

1. Pathogen: mainly Vibrio anguillarum.

2. Symptoms: According to different kinds of Vibrio infection, it can be divided into yellow liver type, intestinal tip type and ulcer type. The diseased fish has weak swimming, dark body color, eyeball protrusion, epidermal hemorrhage, severe deep muscle layer, congestion in the inner surface of gill cover, fin base and snout end followed by ulcer, anal swelling, light gill color, swollen liver of the diseased fish, some of them are all faded and yellow, some of them are partially faded and congested, the liver of the diseased fish is full of blood bubbles, the gallbladder is swollen, The cysts are filled with orange or brownish green bile; the kidneys are inelastic, some of the diseased fish kidneys are swollen or some white lumps appear, sometimes clear ascites is accumulated. Aromatids with vibrio disease generally have mixed infections with other pathogens, but small fish with acute forms may die without symptoms.

3, prevention and treatment: (1) do not feed oxidation deterioration of feed, should feed high-quality complete feed, and pay attention to feeding times and feeding methods, pay attention to keep the water clean, to prevent the propagation of bacteria;(2) with 0.2ppm~0.5ppm chlorine dioxide spilled in the whole pool, 1 time a day, for 2 days.

II. Streptococcosis

1. Pathogen: Streptococcus.

2. Symptoms: sick fish swim slowly, disperse in slow flow, float on the water surface or head up, tail down in pendent shape, sick fish or intermittent crazy swimming when dying, or abdomen up, body color black, thin body, gill color pale, anemia state; eyeball congestion, protrusion, white turbidity, even eyeball shedding, ventral punctate bleeding, anal redness and congestion, intestinal inflammation, ascites accumulation.

Prevention and treatment: (1) Avoid over-dense breeding, strengthen feeding management, feed high-quality feed, add vitamins in due time, pay attention to pond cleaning and disinfection, once the disease occurs, stop eating for 2 ~3 days, which has a delaying effect on the disease;(2) Every 100kg of fragrant fish is mixed with antibiotics 5g and complex vitamin B, 1g in feed for 5 ~10 days, and the effect is better;(3) Thoroughly clean and change the water, keep the pool water 60cm, and soak it with 3ppm bleaching powder (available chlorine content is 18%) for 30 minutes.

III. enteritis

1. Pathogen: Aeromonas punctata.

2. Symptoms: intestinal congestion and inflammation, anal redness and swelling. Early disease, open intestinal tract, visible intestinal wall congestion inflammation, intestinal cavity without food, or only a small amount of food in the latter part of the intestine, intestinal mucus more; late disease visible whole intestine red, intestinal wall elasticity is poor, intestinal no food, only pale yellow mucus.

3, prevention and treatment: (1) rainy days when the water temperature drops, should reduce the amount of feed, the disease is not serious after stopping eating 1 day to 2 days can naturally recover;(2) serious disease can be added in the feed Norfloxacin 1g/kg~2g/kg, vitamin C, 2g~3g, mixed feeding, 3 times a day, 3 days to 5 days.

IV. Chlamydia

1, pathogen: wheel worm, mainly harmful fry, fish species. It occurs all year round in all parts of the country, and it is easy to occur in ponds with turbid water quality and more organic matter. The suitable breeding temperature is 20℃~28℃, and it is more popular from April to July.

2. Symptoms of disease: cartilaginous parasites parasitize on the body surface at the seedling stage, and parasitize on the gills when the specification is large. Fish body when a small number of parasites do not show symptoms, serious infection skin, fins, gills, wheel worm with its gear ring wear fragrant fish epidermal cells and gills, fin epithelial cells, stimulate fish body to produce a lot of mucus. The diseased fish do not feed, swim wildly along the pond in groups, jump in the water, can destroy and shed the gill filaments and epithelial cells on the body surface, lead to bacterial invasion, and cause a large number of fish deaths.

Prevention and treatment: (1) 150ppm~200ppm quicklime or 10ppm bleaching powder can be used to thoroughly clean the pond before putting fish in the pond;(2) 0.3 ppm of "fish insect clear" can be sprinkled in the whole pond, and the water will be changed after 10 hours;(3) 0.3 ppm of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate (5:2) mixture can be sprinkled in the whole pond, and the water will be changed on a large scale after 12 hours, and repeated once every other day;(4) 5ppm of neem bark decoction can be sprinkled in the whole pond;(5) 1ppm~2ppm of potassium permanganate can be sprinkled in the whole pond at night.

V. Fish disease

1. Pathogen: fish.

2, the symptoms of the disease fish parasitic on the body surface and gills of the fragrant fish, absorb the blood of the fragrant fish, so that the fish body gradually thin, when feeding everywhere with the mouth thorn and jaw stab fish skin, causing many wounds and infection caused by microorganisms death. The venom secreted by the fish when sucking blood with the sting has a stimulating effect on the fish body, making the fish extremely restless in the water, swimming and jumping wildly.

3, prevention and treatment: (1) before stocking fish pond with quicklime with water to clean the pond, kill the fish in the water adults, larvae and eggs;(2) with 30ppm formalin diluent immersion for 12 hours, for 3 days.

VI. Water Mildew

1. Pathogen: water mold. This bacterium has no selectivity to the species of aquatic animals. All injured ones can be infected, while those who are not injured are not infected. It is a secondary infection to aquatic animals.

2. Symptoms The initial symptoms of infection are not obvious. Later, hypha invades from the wound. Cotton-like hypha is visible to the naked eye. The sick fish float on the water surface, swim slowly, lose appetite, and finally weaken and die. It mainly occurs at the stage when the fry just enter the box.

Prevention and treatment: (1) Try to avoid fish injuries during handling operations;(2) Sprinkle with copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture 0.28ppm in the whole pool, change water in 24 hours, once a day, for 2 days.

7. White skin disease

1. Pathogen: Chaetobacter leucosus.

2. Symptoms: Small white spots appear at the base of tail handle or dorsal fin at the beginning of the disease, and then spread rapidly, causing the latter half of the fish to be completely white. When the disease is serious, the tail fins of the sick fish are all rotten, the head is down and the tail is upward, the body is vertical to the water surface, and soon dies. This is mainly due to improper operation resulting in fish body injury after infection.

3, prevention and treatment: (1) to avoid fish body injury, with 0.4ppm strong chlorine for 20 minutes, while oral antibiotics;(2) with 2ppm~4ppm gallnut trouble, soaked in hot water, even slag with juice spilled throughout the pool. (3) Sprinkle the whole pool with 1ppm~2ppm bleaching powder.
