Infectious encephalomyelitis of chickens
The disease is caused by avian encephalomyelitis virus and is characterized by invasion of the nervous system. Chickens, pheasants and quails can all be infected.
Main points of diagnosis:
Epidemic characteristics: chickens of all ages can be infected through the digestive tract. It can also be transmitted vertically through the eggs laid by infected breeder chickens. If the disease occurs as soon as it comes out of the shell, it is proved that it has been infected at the embryonic stage. Clinical symptoms: because the virus mainly invades the nervous system, it is characterized by unstable walking, circle movement or in-situ rotation movement or paralysis of both limbs, head and neck tremor. The symptoms of adult chickens were not obvious. Hens can see a decline in egg production.
Features of the lesions: the lesions were not obvious to the naked eye. The pathological changes of tissue cells can only be seen by microscopic examination.
Prevention and control measures: preventive measures: breeder chickens are vaccinated before giving birth. The antibody can be transmitted to the next generation through the chicken embryo, so that the chicks within one month after coming out of the shell will not be infected with the disease. Vaccination of chicks is not recommended because there will be adverse reactions. Treatment: there is no specific treatment at present.

The first case of cloned piglet in China was revealed
After more than a year of scientific and technological research, the research group led by Professor Li Ning of China Agricultural University finally got a return on August 5, 2006 at Minghui Pig raising Company in Sanhe City, Hebei Province. China's first self-completed somatic cloned pig was born successfully, and its birth filled the gap in this field in our country. China is the seventh country to have obtained somatic cloned offspring of pigs. At 10:50 on August 5th, at Minghui Pig raising Company in Sanhe City, Hebei Province, one weighed 1130 grams and the coat color was black and shiny.

Six methods for observation and diagnosis of Sheep Disease
The mental state and abnormal changes of the sheep were observed directly. Healthy sheep generally scramble for food, running at the same speed and responsive; sick sheep often show herding, stopping feeding, standing or lying on the ground. Healthy sheep have bright eyes, lively and stable movement, and often show instability or unwillingness to walk when they get sick. Some diseases also show special posture, such as tetanus showing stiff limbs, sheep with cerebral echinococcosis or sheep nose flies turning in circles, limping. The body usually suffers from acute anthrax, sheep fast plague and sheep black.
