Chengdou 9 (soybean)
(1) Variety source: Chengdou 9 was bred by crop Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1988 with Ajiaozao as female parent and Lei Lian (introduced from Japan) as male parent.
(2) characteristics: the plant is about 50 cm tall, the leaves are oval, the flowers are white, the mature pods are brown, the seeds are oval, the seed coat is yellow, the navel is brown, and the weight of 100 seeds is about 21 grams.
This variety is an early-maturing spring soybean variety with limited pods, suitable for spring sowing, and can also be planted in summer and autumn. the whole growth period of spring sowing is about 100 days and is resistant to virus.
(3) yield performance: in 1997, the average yield per mu in the provincial regional test was 155.1 kg, an increase of 4.02% over the control; in 1998, the average yield per mu in the provincial regional test was 164.5 kg, 44.05% higher than that of the control; the average yield per mu in two years was 159.8 kg, 21.34% higher than that of the control Gongdou 3. In the production test in 1999, the yield per mu was 182.6 kg, 27.78% higher than that of the control Gongdou No. 3.
(4) cultivation points: it is suitable for sowing before and after Qingming Festival, and it can also be sown in summer and autumn. Planting about 16000 plants per mu in spring, 20, 000 in summer, and 35-40, 000 in autumn (before and after the Beginning of Autumn sowing). Fertilization: use 30kg superphosphate per mu when sowing, add appropriate amount of farm manure, and pay attention to drainage when sowing in autumn.
