Key points of cultivation techniques are as follows: 1. Cutting seedlings: vegetable Lycium barbarum due to continuous harvest of young shoots, generally can not blossom and seed, so the use of cutting propagation. ① cutting time: cutting seedlings in open field or protected field from August to September. Vegetable Chinese wolfberry, also known as Chinese wolfberry head, Chinese wolfberry, dog buds, ground bone skin, etc., with its tender stems (young shoots) for consumption, cold salad, stir-frying, can also do soup or hot pot ingredients. The key points of cultivation techniques are as follows:

1. Cutting seedlings: vegetable Lycium barbarum due to continuous harvest of young shoots, generally can not blossom and seed, so the use of cutting propagation.

① cutting time: cutting seedlings in open field or protected field from August to September.

Selection and treatment of ② cuttings: select disease-free and robust plants, take 1-year-old branches with a diameter of 0.5ml and 0.8cm and full buds, remove the young part of the top of the branches, cut into a small section of 10cm from the base to the top of the cuttings as cuttings, and each cuttage is guaranteed to have 3 cuttings with 5 bud eyes. The cuttings were tied into a bundle every 50 and soaked in 50 mg ABT rooting powder solution in 1 kg of water for 24 hours. The treated cuttings not only had a high survival rate, but also took root early and had many and long roots.

③ cutting method: cutting in the open field, selecting the land with high dryness and good drainage, and cutting in greenhouse, choosing the plot in the middle and back. After preparing the ground, make a floor bed with a depth of 15cm and 20cm, level the bed surface, cover it with 10 cm thick clean sifted sand or perlite as the cutting substrate, insert the cuttings into the matrix with a density of 2cm square, pay attention to the cuttings axillary buds upward, can not be inverted, the insertion depth is 5cm 7cm. Pour water once after insertion, insert a small arch shed on the border surface, cover the sunshade net and plastic film for cooling, moisturizing or heat preservation, moisture reduction.

two。 Planting and management:

① soil preparation and fertilization: soil preparation combined with deep ploughing every 667m2, apply mature high-quality organic fertilizer 3000m 5000kg, ternary compound fertilizer 50kg, after leveling into a 1.5m wide flat bed, trench or dig holes for planting.

② colonization: new roots and buds began to appear about 10 days after cuttage, and 20 Mel could be transplanted and planted in 25 days. The planting depth is 6m ~ 7cm, and the plant spacing is 15m ~ 20cm.

③ fertilizer and water management: watering immediately after planting and ploughing after 3 days to promote slow seedling and accelerate growth. The greenhouse temperature should be kept between 15ml and 25 ℃ as far as possible. Water properly and always keep the soil moist. The roots of Chinese wolfberry propagated by cuttings are shallow and their absorptive capacity is weak, so do not flood. Combined with watering nitrogen fertilizer, 15 kg of ammonium sulfate or 10 kg of urea per 667 square meters can be sprayed with 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate to promote leaf growth. Each picking should be combined with watering and topdressing in time, and intermediate ploughing and weeding should be carried out.

3. Pest control:

The main diseases of Chinese wolfberry used in protected areas are powdery mildew, and the main pests are Chinese wolfberry wood lice, Chinese wolfberry gall mite, Chinese wolfberry aphid, whitefly and so on. Prevention and control should give priority to prevention, and pesticides should not be used as far as possible during harvest. When cutting, a robust mother plant without disease and insect pests should be selected; before planting, dichlorvos or chlorothalonil smoke remover can be used to fumigate the greenhouse; before germination and after leaf expansion, targeted spraying can be done, spraying 0.5 Baomei stone sulfur mixture to control powdery mildew and Chinese wolfberry gall mites, spraying 50% dimethoate 500 times to control wood lice and aphids, and spraying 20% triclofenac EC 1000 times to control mites.

4. Pick:

The new shoots of Lycium barbarum have been formed 15 days after planting, and the new shoots can grow to 20 Mel 30 cm after 60 days, and the 10 Mel 15 cm long shoots can be picked and listed at any time. Chinese wolfberry is cut once and picked many times, and 5 crops can be picked one after another in late May of the following year.
