"Ningqi vegetable No. 1" is rich in nutrition, and the analysis by Ningxia Test Center shows that it is rich in 18 kinds of amino acids, the content of crude protein is 351.6 g / kg, fat is 26.3 g / kg, total amino acid is 244.7 g / kg, vitamin C134.5 mg / kg, calcium 0.56% and zinc, iron, selenium and other trace elements, and the content of fiber is low, and the value of medicine and food is high.
