Winter cultivation of oyster mushroom three attention
1. Mushroom farm selection: the ideal place suitable for winter cultivation is the mushroom farm with mild and heat preservation conditions, such as indoor mushroom room with warming conditions, underground mushroom farm with high temperature and Yangqi mushroom farm cultivated in plastic greenhouse, etc. The temperature of this kind of mushroom farm can be controlled above the normal temperature, so it is beneficial to the bacteria, and it can also set mushrooms earlier. Usually the outdoor mushroom farm can be chosen if the winter planting time is early, and the indoor mushroom house should be chosen if the winter planting time is late.
2. Strain selection: according to the arrangement of mushroom production period, Pleurotus ostreatus can be divided into two types: winter planting in winter and spring planting in winter. The former is more suitable to choose low-temperature varieties or medium-low-temperature varieties, while the latter must choose medium-low-temperature and medium-temperature varieties. The selection of specific varieties should be determined according to the ambient temperature at the end of mushroom production.
Third, winter tube measures: the winter cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus must ensure that the temperature of the culture material reaches the minimum temperature of mycelial growth, otherwise the seed block can not be planted to eat, and the vitality of the strain will decrease because of its own energy consumption over a long time. The method of raising the temperature of the material can not only make use of the mild and heat preservation conditions of the mushroom farm, but also adopt measures such as pre-stacking fermentation of culture material and mixing with hot water. The stimulation measures of temperature difference must be emphasized after mycelium culture is mature, otherwise there will be a phenomenon that mushrooms can not be produced for a long time.

Cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with bean straw bag wall
Using bean straw as culture material, Pleurotus ostreatus is cultivated by the combination of bag cultivation and wall cultivation, which can reduce the cost and improve the benefit. Preparation of culture materials: dry and mildew-free bean stalks were crushed after 2-3 days of sun exposure. Culture material formula (by weight): soybean straw powder 78%, wheat straw 10%, soybean cake 5%, corn meal 2%, gypsum 1%, calcium superphosphate 3.5%, urea 0.5%. The culture material was mixed with 130 kg of water and then piled up and fermented for 3 times during fermentation. Bagged inoculation: fermented culture

Heat preservation method of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in winter
The success rate of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus in winter is high, and it is also a good time for people to make use of their spare time to get rich. However, when the temperature is low in winter, the bacteria of cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus are slow or delayed, and abnormal mushrooms are produced during the period of mushroom production. Heating with coal stove will not only increase the cost, but also cause poisoning of mushroom body. In practice, I created the method of using biological energy to keep Pleurotus ostreatus in winter, which has the advantages of cost saving and hygiene. This technology is introduced as follows: 1. Pleurotus ostreatus should be cultivated with bag material in late autumn. When the temperature is cold, there is half a bag of hyphae.
