Reasonable protection of silkworm eggs and appropriate methods of collecting ants play an important role in the growth and development of silkworms.

2 Bombyx mori rejuvenation: after receiving the silkworm eggs from the silkworm farm station, the silkworm eggs should continue to be protected in the appropriate environment, control temperature, humidity and light, and promote the smooth development of silkworm eggs to hatching. Usually, we should pay attention to the following points: (1) temperature and humidity regulation: too high or too low temperature and humidity will affect the vitality and hatchability of silkworm eggs. The temperature is usually controlled at 28 ±1 ℃, and the dry-wet bulb difference is 1 / 2 ℃. (2) changing air and adjusting seeds: before and after, up and down, and around twice a day, especially in the case of a large number of green silkworm eggs, in order to facilitate the respiration and development of silkworm eggs. (3) covering black: in the late stage of silkworm egg embryo development, that is, the silkworm eggs were protected by normal temperature for 7 to 8 days, a cyan spot appeared at one end of the egg. Then the surface of silkworm eggs turned gray, commonly known as Huawu. 3 collecting ants: the process of collecting newly hatched ant silkworms on silkworms and giving them to mulberry is called collecting ants, commonly known as "introducing silkworms". At 6: 7 in the morning, the black silkworm seed will be turned on and the lamp will be sensitive to light, and the ants will be collected at 9: 10. If the hatching is not complete, the queen will cover it up again and collect the ants the next morning. The silkworm eggs in Guangdong are basically flat supplementary species, and there are two methods of collecting ants: Mulberry introduction method and falling method. (1) Mulberry introduction method: put the silkworm eggs on the silkworm pedestal paper, photosensitive for 2 to 3 hours, spread the cut mulberry leaves or square mulberry leaves evenly on the silkworm seed paper, about 30 minutes later, the ant silkworms climb the mulberry leaves, then turn the silkworm seed paper over, sweep the mulberry leaves together with the ant silkworms on the silkworm pedestal paper, arrange them evenly, and then replenish the mulberry. You can also spread the mulberry leaves evenly on the silkworm seat paper, the area is slightly larger than the silkworm seed paper, spread the photosensitive silkworm seed paper on the mulberry leaf surface, after 30 minutes, the ant silkworms climb on the mulberry leaves, lift the silkworm seed paper, evenly seat and the whole seat, mulberry can be filled. (2) shooting down method: holding the edge of the silkworm seed paper in both hands, the silkworm seed is facing down, and the other person hits the back of the silkworm seed paper with silkworm chopsticks, vibrates the ant silkworm off the silkworm pedestal paper, gives it to the mulberry, and then evenly seats, the whole seat, replenishes the mulberry. After filling mulberry, cover with nylon film, and then put it back to the silkworm rack for normal rearing.
