The specific manufacturing process is as follows:

Third, knead and twist: after cold soaking, spread the broken leaves slightly, then hold them tightly with your hands and roll forward in one direction on the plank, in the same direction and gently, otherwise, the leaves will spread out. Push and roll for a few minutes, spread out and knead repeatedly until the leaf juice is attached to the leaf surface and the hands feel lubricated.

Fourth, drying: put the crumpled leaves into a hot pot, turn and boast repeatedly with wood steaks in the pot, when the broken leaves are not sticky and have a slightly prickly feel, you can start the pot and place them in a bamboo cage, and then bake them on a charcoal fire without open fire. When holding the leaves by hand has an obvious sting feeling, and 90% discount is cut off to meet the drying requirements.

Packaging: after the baked tea leaves are hung and cooled, the dust and impurities are removed with a dustpan, and then they can be packed according to color, shape and taste.

Ingredients: the black jujube green tea is made by the above process. If this is used as the blank, it can be prepared with other natural plants into health tea, slimming tea, medicinal tea and so on. However, no matter what kind of ingredients, generally not more than 30% of the total tea.
