How to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus with biogas residue?
First, prepare materials. Take fully mature biogas dregs and cover them with film to prevent pests from laying eggs on biogas dregs and drain for 24 hours. Choose a fresh and mildew-free cotton shell and turn it into the sun for 1 or 2 days.
Second, ingredients. According to biogas residue 60%, cotton shell 40%, or biogas residue 70%, cotton shell 30% ingredients, first wet the cotton shell with water, and then mix well with the biogas dregs. The water content should be pinched with water droplets by hand, but it is appropriate not to drop them.
Third, make a mushroom bed. Choose ventilated indoor or outdoor, if the upstairs floor, to use plastic film at the bottom, the bed width of 80 cm 100 cm, length depending on the site floor, thickness 6 cm 8 cm.
Fourth, sow seeds. According to every 100 kg of culture materials, 4 kg of cultivated bacteria, the mycelium should be plump, there should be no miscellaneous bacteria, and the age of bacteria should not exceed one month. Press 6cm × 6cm square to hit the hole, the depth of the hole is 3cm, each point is a piece of bacteria of broad bean size, after sowing, heat preservation and moisturizing with plastic film.
Fifth, the management before mushroom production. The plastic film should be sealed before mushroom production, and the film should be opened and ventilated every 7 days. The water demand and oxygen consumption of Pleurotus ostreatus increase during the fruiting body formation stage, so we should pay attention to ventilation and replenishment of water.
VI. Fruit body harvesting. It can be harvested when the fruiting body grows to medium well. Early harvest will affect the yield, too late harvest will reduce the quality, after the first batch of Pleurotus ostreatus harvest, after 15-20 days can grow into the next batch, generally a batch of bed inoculation can harvest three or four batches of Pleurotus ostreatus.
Seventh, topdressing nutrient solution. Drill a 2 cm deep hole with a stick and inject the nutrient solution. The nutrient solution can be 0.1% urea solution or 0.1% urea solution.

Unconventional cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in midsummer
The cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in midsummer is usually caused by indoor bacteria and covered with soil outside. Using the opposite cultivation method, burying bacteria in open field and cooling in the room can control the pollution of miscellaneous bacteria in the period of high temperature, which is beneficial to the growth and reproduction of Pleurotus ostreatus hyphae and increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus. First, strains and culture materials. The high quality medium and high temperature strain is selected. According to the specific conditions, the following formula one is selected: cottonseed shell 97 kg, gypsum powder 1 kg, lime powder 1.5 kg, 50% carbendazim 10.

High quality of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated with charcoal powder
Methods 1kg of charcoal powder, 1kg of calcium carbonate and 0.02% carbendazim were added to the 100 kg culture material, and the carbendazim was mixed well, and then closed and fermented. Principle 1. Charcoal powder can adjust the ratio of carbon to carbon in the culture medium. 2. Charcoal powder is rich in potassium, phosphorus, calcium and other effective components, which can make up for the lack of nutrition of the culture material. 3. Charcoal powder has the function of absorbing heat and heating up, which is beneficial to the rapid growth of mycelium.
