Myxomycetes disease of Pleurotus ostreatus
The myxomycete colony of Pleurotus ostreatus is white, and the vegetative growth stage is mostly feathery, which is generally difficult to distinguish from the hyphae of Pleurotus ostreatus. In the middle and later stage of the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, the myxomycetes developed rapidly. When the humidity of the mushroom bed was high, the slime molds spread from the bottom of the culture material to the surface, and began to appear bright orange viscose filaments on the surface of the mushroom bed, followed by the rapid production of powdery viscose masses, that is, the myxomycetes spores entering the reproductive stage. The viscose mass quickly spread from the stalk of Pleurotus ostreatus to the lid, and gradually wrapped all the fruiting bodies so that the fruiting bodies rotted and lodged. The myxomycete disease of Pleurotus ostreatus is harmful to the mushroom bed and destroys the culture material, so that the surface of the bed can not produce mushroom or be infected by it, and the culture material and fruiting body rot and deteriorate, especially when Pleurotus ostreatus is cultivated in the open field, the disease is more common, and the damage is serious.
Pathogen Physaraceaesp. It is called follicular slime mold, which is a kind of low-grade bacteria. Its characteristic is that the vegetative body has no cell wall and has a deformable structure or protoplast. When it enters the reproductive stage to form a fruiting body, it is fixed in shape and forms a cell wall, and produces a large number of round or oval spores, different kinds of slime molds.

Main cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus
(1) preparation of cultivation site at present, there are two main ways to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus in Guangdong: indoor bed cultivation and bag cultivation. The mushroom room for indoor bed planting can be rebuilt from ordinary house, pig house or warehouse, or a simple mushroom room can be built. The bed frame can be built in the room, and the bed frame method can refer to the specification of the bed frame in straw mushroom room. Plastic bag cultivation can be carried out indoors or under plastic sheds or other scaffolding, without the need for a bed frame. All cultivation fields are preferably cement floors or covered with thin film. It must be cleaned before cultivation, and disinfection measures should be taken for the reconstruction of old mushroom houses or pig houses and warehouses.

Humidification and spray-free high-efficiency cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus
Narrow shed spray-free high efficiency cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus integrates the advantages of buried soil cultivation method and mushroom wall cultivation method, which makes the cultivation management of Pleurotus ostreatus simpler, and has excellent quality and high yield. The method comprises the following steps of: removing a fungus bag from the fungus blank of the first tide mushroom, and building a fungus wall around the four sides of the mushroom shed. The outer end of the fungus wall is bonded with sealing mud, the inside of the fungus wall is filled with nutrient soil, and a water tank is built on the fungus wall for replenishing water and fertilizer. There are five advantages of this method: ① Before building the fungus wall, let the fungus blank produce a tide of mushrooms, and the fungus wall built with the contracted fungus blank will not deform and dry,
