A New Special Aquatic Product-- Brazilian Green Turtle

According to the technical staff of the city's aquatic technology promotion station, 2 million Brazilian turtles have been raised in rural areas of the city this year, with a rapid development rate.
Brazilian turtles are native to the Mississippi River in the United States, also known as colorful turtles, red-eared turtles, beautiful brocade turtles and so on. The breeding of Brazilian turtles in Huzhou City was first introduced by the "National Advanced Agricultural Technology Popularization individual" in Donglin Town, Linghu District. He made full use of the equipment and technology of local farmers to raise soft-shelled turtles and successfully introduced 250000 turtles from other places for trial breeding in 1998. Prevention of fish hypoxia in winter
In winter, fish in ponds need dissolved oxygen to maintain slow respiration although their feeding activity decreases. Dissolved oxygen in ponds comes mainly from phytoplankton photosynthesis and direct dissolution of oxygen in the air into water. However, in the cold winter, once the water surface of the pond freezes, the oxygen in the air cannot be dissolved in the fish pond. When snow covers the ice surface, sunlight cannot directly shine into the pond water, and green plants in the water cannot carry out photosynthesis and produce oxygen. And most fish gather at the bottom of the water in winter,
