Share forest vegetables, also known as wild vegetables and longevity vegetables, refer to forest plants that grow in forest areas or forest environment and can be used as edible vegetables, mainly including roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and fungi of some plants.

   China has a vast territory and diverse topography. In the vast mountains and fields, there are all kinds of mountain wild vegetables, and the reserves are very huge. There is no authoritative statistics on the number of forest vegetable species in the country. It is reported that at present, there are about 700 species of forest vegetables in 63 families in China, of which there are about 192 common species, including 110 species of herbs, 12 species of lianas and 70 species of woody plants, most of which are cultivated artificially. The average annual production is about 2 billion kg, including 400 million kg of Lentinus edodes, 100 million kg of wild vegetables and 100 million kg of stem bamboo shoots.

There are many kinds of vegetables in    forest, and there are many different classification methods. According to its growth form, it can be divided into woody types, such as Toona sinensis, Songgu oil, Coptis chinensis, Acacia, Robinia pseudoacacia, herbs, such as Osmunda, Houttuynia cordata, bracken, Portulaca oleracea, fungi, such as mushrooms, Morchella, mushrooms, etc. According to its edible parts and organs, can be divided into: stem vegetables, such as bamboo, Chinese wolfberry, bracken, etc.; leaf vegetables, such as Toona sinensis, thorn dragon bud, purslane, cauliflower, such as locust, chrysanthemum, cauliflower, etc.; fruits and vegetables, such as chestnut, Akebia, pecan, root vegetables, such as konjac, Platycodon grandiflorum, lily, jade bamboo, etc.; mushrooms, such as hericium, black fungus, mushroom and so on.

Sage, also known as medicinal sage, Salvia [1], Japanese purple sage, Salvia miltiorrhiza, also known as Salvia, is an aromatic plant of the genus Salvia in Labiatae.

Trillium, Liliaceae. Herbs perennial, stems tufted on stout rhizomes, 15-50 cm tall.

Lilium is a perennial herbaceous bulbous plant of the genus Liliaceae (scientific name: Lilium). It is native to China and is mainly distributed in eastern Asia, Europe, North America and other temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

Ferns are the general name of woody plants growing in the lowlands during the Devonian period. They need water as part of the regeneration cycle, and from then on to derive a variety of different species, is still a very strong vitality of the plant.
