High-yield techniques of artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum with Linden Clinker
I. production season
According to the suitable temperature for the growth of mycelium and fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum, the southern and northern regions can be arranged to cut wood in the first ten days of December, cut, bagged, sterilized and inoculated in the second ten days of the lunar calendar. The second year Qingming Festival around buried trees in the fields, the same year can receive Ganoderma lucidum 2-3 batches. However, the time of logging should not exceed Qingming Festival at the latest, because the water content of cut wood after Qingming Festival is high, the bark is easy to fall off, and the loss of nutrition is not suitable for production. Only 1 and 2 batches of Ganoderma lucidum could be produced in the year of inoculation around Qingming Festival.
II. Timber requirements
All suitable for Linden cultivation Lentinus edodes, fungus tree species can be used to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum, wood diameter of 6 to 16 cm is appropriate, curved furuncle scar wood rich nutrition is better.
Third, broken wood
In order to prevent the wood from getting too wet or too dry after cutting, it is generally appropriate to take about 12 days after cutting, and it will take 20 to 30 days for maple trees with large water content. Sawing miscellaneous wood into 14 cm 15 cm or 28 cm 30 cm short Linden wood, no matter what the specification, the cross section must be flat and the length consistent.
4. Bagging
According to the diameter of Linden wood, polyethylene cylinder bags with different deviated diameter width of 15 cm and thickness of 5 cm and 6 silk meters are selected. When bagging, it will be suitable for the barrel bag (55 cm in length, suitable for the opening at both ends) and Linden wood (14 cm to 15 cm in two sections, 28 cm to 30 cm in each bag), and tie a knot at both ends to prevent breaking the bag; bagging and moving bags should be handled gently to prevent damage. If you find that the broken bag should be mended with transparent glue in time.
5. Sterilization
Sterilization is the key to the success of Ganoderma lucidum production. The sterilization method of cooking Linden wood is the same as that of Lentinus edodes stick. When the temperature in the pot reaches 100 ℃, the temperature should be kept for 12 hours. The firepower should "attack the head, guard the tail, and control the middle". After the bacteria tube is put on the stove, it should be quickly attacked with a vigorous fire, so that the temperature in the pot can quickly reach 100 ℃, and the firepower in the middle is stable. after the cease-fire, the temperature drops below 80 ℃ and cools.
VI. Vaccination
The inoculation room can choose a room of 5 to 8 square meters with sealed doors and windows, dry and clean, in which an equal inoculation tent is made of plastic film. The inoculation tent will be disinfected with 3: 4 grams per cubic meter (including inoculation utensils and bacteria) 8-12 hours before inoculation. When the bag temperature dropped to 28030 ℃, the inoculation temperature was controlled. When inoculating, 75% alcohol or 0.05% Xinjier should be used to seriously deal with the bacteria, and carry out the running operation of one person to inoculate the seed and many people to tie up the bag and pile it up. Sowing should be full of cross-section, mouth should be solid, inoculation at both ends, stacking smoothly.
7. Mycelium culture
In the training room, choose the earthen wall room with bad thermal insulation performance, and the room temperature should be controlled at about 25 ℃. If the temperature is too low to use brazier or coal, electricity heating; the temperature is too high to be properly ventilated to prevent muggy burning bacteria. Culture should avoid light as far as possible, 20 days after the bacteria should be turned over as appropriate, when the hyphae grow full of the whole bag, appropriately increase the light to promote the growth of hyphae. If you find stagnant water in the bacteria or mycelium atrophy, you must cut a small mouth to vent, in order to increase oxygen ventilation, and let the stagnant water loss. The mycelium matured at 25-28 ℃ for 60-70 days, the mycelium on the surface of the mycelium was white and sturdy, the tight connection between the mycelia was not easy to break apart, and a few mycelia with large primordia appeared on the cross section of the fungus, which could be quickly buried in the soil.
8. Go to bed and bury the earth
Ganoderma lucidum field should choose good drainage performance, loose and fertile soil and convenient transportation, water source, sunny and ventilated fields. Before burying the wood, the field was ploughed and weeded to make a border with a width of 1.4cm and a height of 25cm. Choose the sunny temperature to take off the bag and enter the wood at 15: 25 ℃. First, a ditch with a depth of 18 cm to 20 cm was opened on the border bed, and the fungus trees of similar thickness were buried in the same border bed, with the cross section of Ganoderma lucidum primordium upward, with a row spacing of 6 cm to 8 cm and a distance of 2 cm to 3 cm, neatly arranged and covered with 1 cm to 2 cm fine soil. The length of fungus wood is 28cm to 30cm in horizontal row and 14cm to 15cm in vertical row. After covering the soil, spray water to moisturize, and then cover the film by raising seedlings or vegetable greenhouse.
IX. Out-of-Zhi management
The temperature in the bed should be controlled above 15 ℃ and below 30 ℃ according to the temperature. If the temperature is too low, the strict film should be covered and the light transmittance should be improved. If the temperature is too high, the covering film can be removed and the shade can be increased. In order to achieve the purpose of cooling, the observation temperature is generally appropriate to measure the surface temperature at 9 am and 15:00 every day. For example, the roof is shaded with 85: 90% black shade net, and the shed is equipped with micro-spray system to protect moisture. This is Ganoderma lucidum to provide a better imitation wild growth environment, which can increase the yield of Ganoderma lucidum. Reduce the occurrence of deformed ganoderma. The mature fungus can form primordia 6-12 days after burying the soil. At the beginning, the primordium was a smooth white sarcoma, which elongated upward to form the stalk of Ganoderma lucidum. For example, it only had a long stalk but the lid could not be extended for a long time at about 15 ℃. Only when it reached more than 22 ℃, the lid could be developed normally. The most suitable temperature for the growth of Ganoderma lucidum is 2528 ℃. Under this condition, Ganoderma lucidum can mature in about 15 days. The sign of maturity is that the yellow and white rings on the edge of the cap disappear completely and emit a large amount of red smoky blister powder, which can be harvested after stopping spraying water for about a week. The flourishing period of Ganoderma lucidum is from June to September, when Frosts Descent stops producing Ganoderma lucidum. After picking a batch of Ganoderma lucidum, the bed should be cleaned, and Frosts Descent should cover the bed with straw and fine soil to make it safe for the winter. After the Qingming Festival in the second year, the cover is removed when the temperature is stable above 15 ℃, and the film is re-covered for Zhi management.
X. harvesting and processing
Cut off the long stalk of Ganoderma lucidum after harvest, remove sundries, arrange it in a bamboo screen to dry or bake it in a drying room, and pack it in a polypropylene bag in time after drying to prevent moisture, moth, mildew or direct processing of Ganoderma lucidum tablets, Ganoderma lucidum powder, Ganoderma lucidum basin and so on.

Cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum by Taxus mairei bark
Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional fungal medicine in ancient China, which has good health care and medicinal effect. Paclitaxel is considered to be a natural anticancer drug discovered in recent 30 years. It has been used to treat a variety of cancer diseases in more than 40 countries. Taxus has become the main tree species in the production of paclitaxel drugs. The bark of Taxus is the organ with the highest taxol content. The cultivation of mycelium and fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum with yew bark as clinker can achieve better results. 1. Process flow red

Main points of cultivating Ganoderma lucidum with short logs
(1) Select suitable tree species for log treatment, cut them down in dormant period, cut them into 1~1.2 meters long, and stack them for fermentation for 30~40 days. (2) Inoculation, bacteria When the temperature is stable at about 20℃ (about 4~5 months) inoculation, inoculation after the "well" shape stack bacteria, after 10~15 days hyphae spread around the inoculation hole, the bacteria lying on the ground, covered with sand or wet sand, appropriate water spray during the sand coating, keep the sand wet. (3) After cutting and sand-coating the wood for one month, cut the fungus material into 1
