Cultivation techniques of Ganoderma lucidum in greenhouse
Technical introduction: Ganoderma lucidum grows on broad-leaved stumps or coniferous decaying trees and forms fruiting bodies in summer and autumn. Ganoderma lucidum is not only saprophytic bacteria, but also facultative parasitic bacteria. The suitable temperature for mycelium growth of Ganoderma lucidum was 25 ℃. The optimum temperature for primordium differentiation and fruiting body development was 25-28 ℃. During the growth period of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and the development of fruiting body, the suitable water content of culture material is 55-60%; the air relative humidity needs to reach 90-95%. Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of aerobic fungus, when the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air exceeds 0.1%. The fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum will form a deformity, or can not develop to open an umbrella. The growth of mycelium does not need light, and more scattered light is needed in the process of fruiting body growth and differentiation. PH4-5.5 is more suitable for Ganoderma lucidum. The wild Ganoderma lucidum was domesticated and cultivated successfully in our country. In recent years, due to excessive mining, there are fewer and fewer wild Ganoderma lucidum, and artificial cultivation needs to be improved.
The cultivation technology of Ganoderma lucidum in greenhouse is to use wood in greenhouse to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum. The technological process is as follows: selection of tree species and cutting of → segments, sterilization of →, inoculation of → mycelium culture, cultivation of →, cultivation of →, management of → harvest and processing.
Core technologies: (1) selection and felling of tree species; (2) selection, preservation and rejuvenation of fine strains of Ganoderma lucidum; (3) inoculation and mycelium culture of Ganoderma lucidum; (4) management of soil cultivation and fruiting body development; (5) harvesting and processing of spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum.
The project makes full use of the greenhouse in Beijing, adjusts the planting structure, increases the yield by changing the traditional planting mode of Ganoderma lucidum, meets the increasing demand for Ganoderma lucidum, increases the economic income of farmers, and can make Ganoderma lucidum bonsai, improve the added value, which is of great significance to the development of Ganoderma lucidum production.

What should be paid attention to when artificial pollination of Gastrodia elata
① must pay attention to the time of pollen maturation. Artificial pollination can only be carried out when pollen is mature, and artificial pollination can never be carried out without mature pollen. ② can use a large needle to pick out the pollen, but do not pierce the ovary at the bottom of the flower. ③ must use cross-pollination, especially different varieties of flowers, so that the seeds have strong vitality, high reproduction coefficient, strong disease resistance and cold resistance of offspring. When ④ has mucus on the pistil stigma, artificial pollination is the most suitable. Pollen thrown on the stigma
