Edible Mushroom Technology: the key to High yield of Pleurotus ostreatus in Summer
In recent years, the production of Pleurotus ostreatus in Beiyang Village, Wangdu County, Baoding City has developed rapidly. However, the summer with high temperature, high humidity and rapid spread of diseases and insect pests has caused great difficulties to the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. The author thinks that summer production should grasp the following points:
First, strain selection. The varieties with high temperature tolerance, good mushroom shape, high yield and strong disease resistance were selected. Such as: Hainan No. 2, Chunzai No. 1, he Shi 200 and so on.
Second, batching treatment. Reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer appropriately. Appropriately increase the amount of gypsum.
Third, build a heap for fermentation. Minimize the factors that cause poor ventilation. The sign of good fermentation is that the culture material is brownish red, has material flavor, and has a large number of white actinomycetes hyphae.
IV. Inoculation of bacteria
1. In order to improve the success rate, clinker should be produced and inoculated at both ends in the high temperature season. The material was packed with 20 × 40 cm high density polyethylene bag and sterilized under atmospheric pressure for 8-12 hours. The temperature of the inoculation material is lower than 30 ℃; the bacteria should be spread evenly as far as possible to cover the material surface; the culture room should be shaded and ventilated, and the vents should be covered with gauze.
2. Well-shaped bags or germs on the ground, two bamboo poles are placed parallel between each layer of bags, and the number of layers and the distance between bags and rows are determined according to the air temperature. Check the material temperature every day, and pour the bag to dissipate heat immediately when the material temperature exceeds 30 ℃.
5. Management of mushroom production
1. You can code 2-3 layers (bamboo or wood), the distance between rods is 2-3 cm, the ground is covered with a plastic woven bag, and square bricks are placed on the bag to ensure that the mushroom body is clean. In case of sudden high temperature, you should promptly pour water on the ground or walls or cool down in bulk.
2. Use a small blade to prick the two ends of the mushroom bag along the edge and try not to stab the material surface. Wait for the primordium to appear at both ends and split and then take it off.
3. Shading at the same time combined with night ventilation, water spray cooling and other measures to control the temperature in the greenhouse to about 25 ℃, in order to ensure the normal growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.
Sixth, pest prevention. The diseases and insect pests of Pleurotus ostreatus planted in summer should be prevented.
1. Before cultivation, carry out comprehensive disinfection, sterilization and control of insects in the rooms and greenhouses, such as spraying insecticide and dry lime powder around the house, and sterilizing the room with formaldehyde and potassium permanganate.
2. During the mushroom production period, it is strictly forbidden to spray unclean river and pond water.
3. At high temperature, cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus is prone to diseases and insect pests such as green mold, mushroom yellow, mushroom fly, mushroom mosquito, mite and so on. Insect pests are found in the stage of mushroom emergence, which can be controlled by spraying wine or injecting them into cultivation bags, such as insect mite, mushroom worm, mushroom guard, cypermethrin, etc. For mushroom yellow disease, agricultural streptomycin, mushroom king, carbendazim and other drugs were used to control mushroom yellow disease alternately.

Edible Fungi Farming Pleurotus ostreatus Moisturizing Three Ways
At present, the main reason for the low yield of Pleurotus ostreatus planted in rural areas is that the moisture content of the culture medium after harvest is too low. How to keep the culture medium moist and produce more mushrooms becomes an important factor for high yield of Pleurotus ostreatus. Fungus stick wall-type soil covering moisture: lay a soil ridge 15~20 cm thick according to the length of the fungus bag in the shed, and remove the plastic bag from the fungus bag that is about to produce mushrooms. Put the bacteria sticks neatly on the ridge. Each row is covered with a layer of soil 3 to 4 cm thick, sprayed on both sides and smoothed with mud. Then discharge the second layer of bacteria stick and cover with soil, can discharge 6~9 layers,

Measures for producing Pleurotus ostreatus in midsummer
Pleurotus ostreatus is often produced in spring, autumn and winter, but there is also a breakthrough in the technology of producing Pleurotus ostreatus in midsummer. The main measures are as follows: the strains of Pleurotus ostreatus used in midsummer should be resistant to high temperature, miscellaneous bacteria, insect pests, fast bacteria and early maturity. Among them, Chunqiu Special Antibody can resist 35 ℃ high temperature; 96 Special Antibody and Pleurotus ostreatus 601 can resist 32 ℃ high temperature; Sheng 1 can resist 33 ℃ high temperature; Hua Zhaping can resist 35 ℃ high temperature. Mushroom cultivation site should be convenient for drainage and irrigation, fertile soil, shed shading, clean environment. Can choose cottonseed shell 97 kg, gypsum powder 1
