Cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus in Taiwan
Taiwan golden mushroom, also known as taiwan golden mushroom, seed body color golden, delicate taste, fresh flavor, is a popular taiwan and europe and america market delicious edible fungi.
1. The optimum fruiting temperature of Pleurotus ostreatus in cultivation season is 13℃~24℃, and it takes 40~45 days from sowing to fruiting. Generally, sowing in February to March in spring and fruiting in April to May; sowing in September to October in autumn and fruiting in October to December; sowing in November to December in winter and fruiting in January to March.
2. The cultivation site shall be selected from plots with clean environment, flat terrain and loose fertile soil. According to the east-west trend, shallow beds with width of 60 cm, depth of 16 cm and unlimited length shall be dug. Before sowing, irrigate the border with water and sprinkle a layer of lime powder for disinfection.
3. Raw material formula 1. 64 percent of miscellaneous sawdust, 30 percent of rice straw, 3 percent of lime, 2 percent of gypsum, 1 percent of compound fertilizer and 0.1 percent of carbendazim;2. 47 percent of miscellaneous sawdust, 47 percent of cottonseed hull, 3 percent of lime, 2 percent of gypsum, 1 percent of compound fertilizer and 0.1 percent of carbendazim;3. 47 percent of cottonseed hull, 47 percent of corncob (soybean straw), 3 percent of lime, 2 percent of gypsum, 1 percent of compound fertilizer and 0.1 percent of carbendazim.
4. Fermentation treatment: firstly, rice straw and cottonseed hull are pre-wetted, and then miscellaneous sawdust, corncob, compound fertilizer, lime and gypsum are added and mixed evenly before fermentation. After the temperature of the material reaches 65 DEG C and is maintained for 48 hours, the pile is turned over, and the temperature of the material after restacking reaches 60 DEG C and is maintained for 48 hours. The temperature of the compost was reduced by spraying carbendazim and pyrethroid, and the moisture content of the culture medium was adjusted to 60%~65%.
5. Spread the fermented culture material evenly into the bed, spread the culture material 20 cm thick according to the procedure of one layer of material and one layer of strain, generally add 15 kg of dry material per square meter, and 2 bags of strain. After sowing, pat the surface flat and seal it with plastic film, cover it with 1.5 cm thick crushed soil, and keep the temperature in the material at 15℃~26℃.
6. fruiting management After 25~30 days of growth culture, when hyphae penetrate the culture material into one body, there is a "pop" sound, and the primordium of rice grain size occurs around, it should be started to promote bud fruiting management. First remove the ridge surface covering soil and plastic film, with bamboo in the ridge inserted into an arched shed, shed height of 50 cm, covered with sunshade net. After budding, strengthen ventilation in the shed, increase relative humidity (85%~90%), and gradually increase the amount and frequency of water spray as the mushroom grows further.
7. Timely harvest. Harvest in time before the mushroom body reaches eight points ripe and the spores have not been released. After the first tide mushroom is finished, the bed surface should be cleaned, the water spray should be stopped to promote the hypha to resume growth. After 7~10 days of fruiting management, the second tide mushroom can be mined. Generally, 4~5 tide mushrooms can be harvested continuously, and the fresh mushroom yield per square meter can reach 20~25 kg. The biological efficiency is as high as 150%~200%.

Technology of planting Pleurotus ostreatus in courtyard shed
Building plastic film mushroom shed to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus by using free space in farmyard has the advantages of low investment, easy control of temperature and humidity, convenient management and good benefit. The main technical points are as follows: 1. The mushroom shed is set up facing south, relying on the west wall or east wall to build the mushroom shed. The location of the shed is slightly higher to prevent stagnant water. Before building the shed, the ground should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid the pollution of garbage, weeds and dirt on the ground. The shed is supported by wooden or cement columns, and the roof is better with bamboo pole structure, covered with film and covered with grass curtain to shade the sun. Request

What technical points should be paid attention to when growing Pleurotus ostreatus indoors?
Pleurotus ostreatus is popular because of its delicious taste, short production cycle and easy cultivation, especially in Northeast China, where the climate is cold in winter and spring and there is a lack of fresh vegetables. if Pleurotus ostreatus is planted indoors and supplied to the market, it is a good way to get rich. However, a prominent problem in indoor cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is that the air temperature is not easy to grasp, and the surface layer of the culture material is easy to dry, which affects the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. The author thinks that the effect of soil mulching cultivation is good. First, the choice of mushroom house. Mushroom houses can choose abandoned or temporarily unused houses (must be repainted with lime water), and there are
