Last Updated: 2024/09/19, During the growth period of Pleurotus ostreatus, there are usually some problems, such as inconsistent bacteria growth rate in the bag, too long bacteria generation period, high pollution rate, slightly higher bacteria wall in the mushroom emergence period, and serious water supply difficulties in the bag after the second stubble mushroom is harvested, which seriously affect the yield and quality. In recent years, the new technology of microporous bacteria and infiltration irrigation of Pleurotus ostreatus has been successfully studied in production, which has effectively solved the above problems. Microporous bacteria. The selection, proportioning, mixing and fermentation of culture materials are the same as conventional, but the difference is that three layers of needle holes are pierced on the bacterial tube with a sewing machine before bagging, which is used as an empty supply during the mycelial growth period.

Microporous bacteria. The selection, proportioning, mixing and fermentation of culture materials are the same as conventional, but the difference is that three layers of needle holes are pierced on the bacterial tube with a sewing machine before bagging, which is used as a micropore channel to supply air during the mycelial growth period. Or after conventional bagging, use a needle to poke an eye at the strain layer when the mycelium germinates.

Ooze and produce mushrooms. After the mycelium is full of bags, use the knife to make three rectangular openings longitudinally, each 5 cm 8 cm wide and 20 cm 25 cm longitudinally. Don't hurt the mycelium when making the cut. Then move the mushroom bag to the mushroom place, a layer of mud pile mushroom bag, the height is limited to 1.5 meters, the top layer of mud is thicker, and make a good ditch. Before accumulating mushroom bags, build a chassis with bricks to prevent splashing sand and other sundries when mushrooms are produced. The principle of this method is that the water transmission and water retention of mud are used as the "reservoir" to supply the mushroom bag with water loss, and the water in the mud is infiltrated into the mushroom bag by using the opening in the mushroom bag. The ditch should be filled with water during mushroom production and irrigated once or twice a day after mushroom picking. other management is the same as routine.

By using the method of microporous bacteria and infiltration irrigation, the emergence period of Pleurotus ostreatus can be advanced by 10 to 15 days, the contamination rate can be reduced by 5 to 10 times, the mycelium growth is synchronous, the mycelium age is the same, the mushroom is neat and easy to manage. After two tide mushrooms came out of the bacterial bag, there was no need to soak and replenish water, which not only prevented the loss of nutrients in the culture material due to soaking, but also reduced the labor intensity and improved the yield and quality.
