High-quality and high-yield techniques of bag cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus by microporous bacteria infiltration irrigation
During the growth period of Pleurotus ostreatus, there are usually some problems, such as inconsistent bacteria growth rate in the bag, too long bacteria generation period, high pollution rate, slightly higher bacteria wall in the mushroom emergence period, and serious water supply difficulties in the bag after the second stubble mushroom is harvested, which seriously affect the yield and quality. In recent years, the new technology of microporous bacteria and infiltration irrigation of Pleurotus ostreatus has been successfully studied in production, which has effectively solved the above problems.
Microporous bacteria. The selection, proportioning, mixing and fermentation of culture materials are the same as conventional, but the difference is that three layers of needle holes are pierced on the bacterial tube with a sewing machine before bagging, which is used as a micropore channel to supply air during the mycelial growth period. Or after conventional bagging, use a needle to poke an eye at the strain layer when the mycelium germinates.
Ooze and produce mushrooms. After the mycelium is full of bags, use the knife to make three rectangular openings longitudinally, each 5 cm 8 cm wide and 20 cm 25 cm longitudinally. Don't hurt the mycelium when making the cut. Then move the mushroom bag to the mushroom place, a layer of mud pile mushroom bag, the height is limited to 1.5 meters, the top layer of mud is thicker, and make a good ditch. Before accumulating mushroom bags, build a chassis with bricks to prevent splashing sand and other sundries when mushrooms are produced. The principle of this method is that the water transmission and water retention of mud are used as the "reservoir" to supply the mushroom bag with water loss, and the water in the mud is infiltrated into the mushroom bag by using the opening in the mushroom bag. The ditch should be filled with water during mushroom production and irrigated once or twice a day after mushroom picking. other management is the same as routine.
By using the method of microporous bacteria and infiltration irrigation, the emergence period of Pleurotus ostreatus can be advanced by 10 to 15 days, the contamination rate can be reduced by 5 to 10 times, the mycelium growth is synchronous, the mycelium age is the same, the mushroom is neat and easy to manage. After two tide mushrooms came out of the bacterial bag, there was no need to soak and replenish water, which not only prevented the loss of nutrients in the culture material due to soaking, but also reduced the labor intensity and improved the yield and quality.

Prevention and treatment of mycelial death of Pleurotus ostreatus during growth period
The exuberant mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus is white, sturdy and dense, and develops forward in a fan shape. Some mycelia suddenly yellowed about 10 days after inoculation and gradually died and disappeared. For this phenomenon, some mushroom farmers think that the greater the water content in the culture material, the higher the yield, and increase the water content when blending. There are also some mushroom farmers do not understand the meaning of water content, mistakenly for culture material water content of 65%, for every 100 kg of material plus 148 kg of water. In order to calculate the water content correctly, the water content of the culture material itself should be taken into account.

Technology of planting Pleurotus ostreatus in courtyard shed
Building plastic film mushroom shed to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus by using free space in farmyard has the advantages of low investment, easy control of temperature and humidity, convenient management and good benefit. The main technical points are as follows: 1. The mushroom shed is set up facing south, relying on the west wall or east wall to build the mushroom shed. The location of the shed is slightly higher to prevent stagnant water. Before building the shed, the ground should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid the pollution of garbage, weeds and dirt on the ground. The shed is supported by wooden or cement columns, and the roof is better with bamboo pole structure, covered with film and covered with grass curtain to shade the sun. Request
