[Etiology]

1, eliminate the cause: including the treatment of the original disease, eliminate external parasites, remove foreign bodies, improve feeding management conditions, do a good job in environmental sanitation, adjust the proportion of nutrients in the feed, etc.

2, reduce or stop self-injury, relieve itching: can be given sedatives, or to the sick dog with a collar, to prevent continued biting affected parts.

3. Actively carry out drug treatment: After 24 hours of joint use of antibiotics and steroids, the wound surface can be dried, and scab will be formed after a few days. Or to the local shearing, cleaning, removing crusts, coated with antibiotic ointment, while bandaging with sterile bandages. Systemic treatment with one of the following drugs. Flumethasone 0.125 - 1 mg/kg body weight, subcutaneous injection; prednisone 0.1-0.4 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection, 2-3 times a day; triamcinolone, 1-3 mg/time for intra-articular injection, 0.11-0.22 mg/kg body weight for intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, can also be taken orally at a dose of 0.25-2 mg/time, 1-2 times a day for 7 days.
