Last Updated: 2024/11/06, 1. Promote the use of organic fertilizer, commercial organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer. On the premise that the use of chlorine-containing compound fertilizer and nitrate nitrogen fertilizer is prohibited, chemical fertilizers are allowed to be used in accordance with the following two principles. The main results are as follows: (1) Chemical fertilizer must be combined with organic fertilizer, and the application amount of inorganic nitrogen should not exceed that of organic nitrogen. (2) Chemical fertilizer can also be combined with organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer, and the formula is barnyard manure l000kg, urea 5-10kg or diammonium phosphate 20 kg, compound microbial fertilizer 60kg for the last time.

(2) Chemical fertilizer can also be applied in combination with organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer. The formula is barnyard manure l000kg, urea 5-10kg or diammonium phosphate 20 kg. The last topdressing of compound microbial fertilizer 60kg must be carried out 30 days before charging.

2. The use of municipal solid waste and industrial waste without harmless treatment shall be prohibited. Municipal solid waste and industrial waste must be treated innocuously and the quality meets the requirements of GB8172 before they can be used. The annual limited amount per hectare of orchard, clay soil does not exceed 45000kg, sandy soil does not exceed 3000kg.

3. In principle, farm fertilizer is produced and used locally, and foreign farm fertilizer should be confirmed to meet the requirements before it can be used. No matter what raw materials are used to make compost, farm fertilizer must be fermented at high temperature to kill parasite eggs, pathogens and weed seeds and make it reach the harmless hygienic standard. For high-temperature composting, the composting temperature should be as high as 50-55 ℃ for 5-7 days; the mortality rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is 95%-100%; the breeding of flies is effectively controlled, and there are no live maggots, pupae or newly emerged adult flies around the fertilizer pile. For biogas fermented fertilizer, the sealed storage period is more than 30 days; the high temperature biogas fermentation temperature is 53 ±2 ℃, lasting for 2 days; the sedimentation rate of parasite eggs is more than 95%. Live Schistosoma japonicum eggs and hookworm eggs can not be picked up in the water fecal liquid; the biogas digester residue can only be used after harmless treatment.
