Last Updated: 2024/11/05, First, land selection and land preparation. Garlic is a string root, the ability of absorbing water and fertilizer is weak, and the bulb grows and expands in the soil, so garlic should choose sandy soil with loose soil, convenient drainage and irrigation, rich organic matter, fertile and soft, strong water retention, and good semi-muddy sandy land. it is beneficial to the root growth of garlic. The planting land generally needs to be turned deeply, sunburned, raised or flat, with a width of 1-31-7 meters and a pit width of 0 Mel 5 meters. It is necessary to break the border mud and level the border ditches so as to facilitate drainage and irrigation. Second, apply sufficient base fertilizer. Garlic is highly tolerant to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

First, land selection and land preparation.

Garlic has strong fertilizer tolerance and high requirements for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which are mainly nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer and potassium fertilizer. The base fertilizer is mainly compost, mixing garbage, burning soil, plant ash, etc., adding 60 kg of phosphate fertilizer, 50 kg of potash fertilizer or 80 kg of compound fertilizer to produce 1800 2000 kg of organic fertilizer per mu, so as to meet the growth needs of garlic. If the vegetable field is more fertile, it can be applied less.

Third, plant early at the right time. The sowing time can be from late October (around "Frosts Descent") to early November (before and after "the Beginning of Winter"), and garlic can be collected from late February to early March the following year. Before planting garlic, you should choose disease-free, full garlic cloves with partial scale plates, and plant them directly on the soil. The plant row spacing is 9 × 12 cm, and the general seed consumption per mu is 6075 kg.

Fourth, fertilizer and water management. ① covered with grass. After the garlic is planted with mud, the border should be covered with a layer of grass to prevent the garlic from being damaged by the sun, reduce the direct impact of rainstorm, watering and fertilization, at the same time, it can also reduce the evaporation of water, keep the soil moist and soft, which is beneficial to the growth of garlic root system. In the border, cabbage and cabbage can be mixed between rows instead of mulching, and the seedlings can be removed in the transplanting period to improve the land utilization rate. At the same time, weeding was divided into several times to make the garlic seedlings grow normally. ② irrigation. After planting, you should quickly pour water into the field, and sprinkle the border surface with irrigation. After the border surface is all wet, immediately drain the pit water, or leave a small amount of pit water, and then look at the weather and the humidity of the border surface to sprinkle water, so as to keep the border surface semi-dry and semi-wet. Do not accumulate water too deep. ③ topdressing. Generally, the fields with garlic are fertilized for 3 or 4 times. For the first time, seedling-promoting fertilizer was applied 10-12 days after planting, 500 kg of rare human feces and 34 kg of urea were mixed and sprinkled. For the second time, 800 kg of human fecal water or 56 kg of urea was applied to the seedlings 30 and 40 days after planting. For the third time, 1000 kg of human fecal water, or 8.10 kg of urea, 20.25 kg of compound fertilizer and 6.8 kg of potassium chloride were applied to 5060 days after planting. The fourth time, at 7075 days after planting, the bulb was promoted to expand rapidly, applying 1500 kg of human fecal water per mu, or 10.15 kg of urea, 8.10 kg of potassium chloride, or 4050 kg of compound fertilizer. Spray clear water once after fertilization to prevent the leaves from burning and yellowing.

Fifth, disease and pest control. The main diseases and pests of garlic are soft rot, yellow leaf mosaic, coffee bean weevil and so on. 25% carbendazim 500 times solution can be used to control the disease. Pests can be sprayed with 1500 times the liquid of 90% crystal trichlorfon. Leaf blight and downy mildew can be sprayed with 75% chlorothalonil 500 times.

Sixth, harvest at the right time. Garlic can be harvested after 20 or 30 days of harvest. But can not wait until all the aboveground leaves withered, such as spring warm encounter Rain Water, and too late do not harvest, easy to rot, garlic cloves easy to spread after harvest, not resistant to storage. After harvest, cool it in the sun for a few days, then bundle it into bundles and store it in a cool, dry place for planting. Or exported in batches after being smoked by fire.
