Characteristics: mid-early maturing japonica rice varieties. The plant height is about 95 cm, the plant type is compact, the tillering ability is medium, the leaf is lifted, the leaf sheath, leaf margin and leaf pillow are all green, 90-120 grains per panicle, the seed setting rate is more than 90%, the grain oval, the 1000-grain weight 29 grams, the brown rice rate 83.98%, the milled rice rate 76.69%, the head rice rate 67.92%, the gelatinization temperature 7, the gel consistency 65 mm, amylose 19.18%, protein 8.63%. The growth period is about 130 days. The variety has the characteristics of salt-alkali tolerance and cold tolerance. It is susceptible to leaf blast and ear blast. Generally, the yield per mu is more than 550 kg.

Main points of cultivation: sowing in mid-late April, transplanting in mid-late May, seedling age 35 days, planting specification 30 cm X 17 cm, 5 seedlings per hole. 10kg nitrogen per mu, appropriate weight, like big head fertilizer, with phosphorus and potassium fertilizer as base fertilizer, panicle fertilizer should be applied before heading. With the combination of shallow irrigation and intermittent irrigation, the water layer is properly deepened at booting stage, and moist irrigation at wax ripening stage can promote early maturity and increase yield.
