Damage to fruits and leaves. ① fruit disease, first in the green fruit to produce a round irregular brown micro-sunken disease spot, there are small black spots, arranged into a wheel, and some appear orange-red sticky matter on the disease spot. In the later stage, the diseased fruit turned black, stiff and dead early. ② leaves were characterized by small yellow spots at the initial stage, and then expanded into irregular spots with reddish brown edges. Prevention and cure method: when ① is pruning in winter, the cut branches of diseases and insect pests together with the remnant leaves are burned to eliminate the source of overwintering disease. ② was sprayed with 0.5 Baumedo stone sulfur mixture before flowering, and 1000 times of acetaminophen was sprayed in the result period, once every 7 days and 4 times in succession. ③ controls water and fertilizer in summer, heavy pruning and abandoning fruit in summer, and strengthens fertilizer and water management in autumn. At the initial stage of the onset of ④, 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 120 Bordeaux solution or 50% carbendazim 800x solution was sprayed.
two。 Grey spot of Chinese wolfberry. Damage to the leaves, there are round, central gray-white, brown edges on the diseased leaves, and then a light black poison appears on the back of the leaves.
Control methods: ① increased application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to improve disease resistance. Since June, ② has been spraying 1 ∶ 1.5 ∶ 300 Bordeaux solution or 65% mancozeb 500x solution, once every 7 days and 3 times in a row.
3. Chinese wolfberry root rot. Harm to the rhizome, at the beginning of the disease, the whisker root turned brown and rotted, and then spread to the main root black rot, serious skin rot and peeling off, leaving only xylem, and finally the whole plant withered.
Control method: ① found yellow leaves, branches atrophy, side branches withered plants, immediately removed, disease points with 5% lime milk disinfection, to prevent spread. In the early stage of ②, the roots were irrigated with 50% carbendazim 1000-1500 times.
4. Lycium barbarum negative mud worm, also known as golden flower bug, flesh worm. It is a small beetle with a black head and chest and a pair of yellowish-brown sheath wings. Both adults and larvae are harmful leaves, causing many holes. In severe cases, all the mesophyll is eaten up, leaving only veins.
Control methods: ① irrigation, loosening soil or ploughing tree plates in winter and spring can kill some overwintering insects. In mid-April, when the overwintering worm was unearthed, ② was sprinkled with 5% carbaryl powder 1kg mixed with fine soil 5kg to the ground, and 2kg was used every 667 square meters. During the occurrence of ③, 40% omethoate EC was sprayed with 1000 times solution, and forbidden 20 days before fruit harvest.
5. Other pests. Small land tigers, grubs, fruit moths, roll moths, fruit flies and other pests can be sprayed with 1000 times of dimethoate or 800-1000 times of trichlorfon, or killed manually.

Control of Diseases and insect pests in artificial pollution-free cultivation of Lycium barbarum
Lycium barbarum is a perennial shrub with mild diseases and insect pests. The main diseases of Chinese wolfberry in production are powdery mildew, rust and root rot. 0.2% sodium bicarbonate solution can effectively control powdery mildew and rust, and avoid pesticide residues. The main pests of Chinese wolfberry are red spider and peach aphid. 50g fresh red pepper or dry red wine pepper with water 50-100kg can be boiled for about 30 minutes and sprayed with its filtrate.
