Last Updated: 2024/11/09, Bag cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus usually takes 25 to 30 days after inoculation before the mycelium can fill the bag. The longer the time of infection, the greater the probability of infection of miscellaneous bacteria, and the longer the production cycle. In order to shorten the time of collecting bacteria and improve the economic benefit, this paper introduces a simple method of rapid bacteria distribution in Pleurotus ostreatus production bag. In the center of the two ends of the Pleurotus ostreatus bag, the hole is punched with a sharp rod with a diameter of 2 cm to 3 cm and a length of 30 cm, and the depth of the hole is more than half of that of the bag. Then put an appropriate amount of bacteria into the rod hole, and put more than the conventional inoculation amount on the material surface at the end of the bag.

Then put an appropriate amount of bacteria into the rod hole, and also put 10% more bacteria than the conventional inoculation amount on the material surface of the bag end, to ensure that the material surface and all around are covered with bacteria. Then seal it with an 8cm × 8cm newspaper and a rubber band. Then the other end is inoculated in the same way, and the bacteria can be infected.

The bacteria should be adjusted according to the temperature. In the high temperature season, the Pleurotus ostreatus production bags are placed in the shape of "mouth" or "well", with 4-5 layers in each row, leaving a certain gap between the row and the row for ventilation and heat dissipation; in the medium and low temperature season, the Pleurotus ostreatus production bags are placed layer by layer, each row has 5-6 layers, and there is also a certain gap between the row and the row for air circulation.

In the germicidal stage, temperature is critical. A few days before the emergence of bacteria, the temperature was controlled at 26-28 ℃ to promote mycelium germination. After the mycelium germinated and ate for 1 day, the temperature should be controlled at 24: 26 ℃. The temperature should not be too low, otherwise it will prolong the sterilization time, but it should not be too high, otherwise the hyphae will be burned out. The management of light, air relative humidity, ventilation, disinfection, bag flipping and so on is carried out in accordance with the routine.

The key point of this method is to drill holes and inoculate and increase the amount of inoculation. the key point of the technology is to master the moisture of the bag material, and it is appropriate to have a moisture content of 65%. The strain has no aging pollution, the hyphae are white and stout, the growth is dense, the vitality is strong, the growth is exuberant, the inoculation room (box) and inoculation tools are strictly disinfected, and the inoculation process is standardized.
