Seven methods of increasing yield by applying Fertilizer solution to Pleurotus ostreatus
1. The mixture of sucrose and calcium carbonate phosphate: sucrose 1%, calcium carbonate 1%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%. It is used before the mycelium is covered with the seedbed and the fruiting body occurs.
Second, urea, citric acid mixture: urea 0.5%, citric acid 0.1%, adjust pH to 7 with sodium hydroxide. Use after the first tide of mushroom harvest. After the second tide of mushrooms, the effect is not good, on the contrary, it will hinder the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.
Third, sugar, urea, citric acid mixture: sucrose, citric acid, urea 1% each, adjust pH to 7. It has the same effect as the first two kinds of nutrient solution.
Ethanol, ammonium phosphate, vitamin C solution: ethanol 2%, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%, vitamin C 0.02%. When used in mushroom bud stage, it can improve the quality of mushroom, with large cover, thick meat and thick stalk. Use with caution when the weather is muggy, otherwise dead buds and mushrooms are easy to occur.
Fifth, monosodium glutamate, sucrose mixture: sucrose 1%, monosodium glutamate 0.06%. After cleaning the mushroom bed, spraying with heavy water can adjust the C / N ratio of the mushroom bed culture material, induce the mycelium to resume growth and accelerate the turning tide to produce mushrooms.
Synthetic nutrient solution: urea 0.3%, sucrose 1%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%, magnesium sulfate 0.05%, borax 0.05%. Apply after dry cleaning the mushroom bed.
7. Plant growth hormone solution: compound plant growth hormone is used and sprayed with 150 times dilution before and after mushroom production. The differentiation period of fruiting body can be advanced by 4-5 days, and the effect of increasing yield is significant.

Indoor cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus-- seasoning, feeding and sowing
The main results are as follows: 1. the ratio of culture material is generally better with cottonseed shell, because cottonseed shell is rich in nutrition and good air permeability. Cottonseed hull to choose dry, there is no mildew, it is best to bask in the sun for 2 min for 3 days. The ratio of raw materials is: 100 kg of cottonseed shell, 2 kg of calcium superphosphate, 3 kg of gypsum, 0.2 kg of carbendazim, and about 150 mi 160 kg of water (depending on the dryness of cottonseed hull and the amount of cotton wool). Mix the above raw materials well and adjust the humidity to the hand clasp section. It is appropriate to have water droplets between the fingers without dripping.

Control of physiological Diseases of Pleurotus ostreatus
Pleurotus ostreatus has the characteristics of wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, wide sources of cultivation raw materials, simple cultivation techniques and high economic benefits. The production of Pleurotus ostreatus has developed rapidly in our county in recent years, but it often produces a variety of non-infectious physiological diseases due to poor management, resulting in a reduction in production and directly affecting the economic benefits of Pleurotus ostreatus production. Based on years of practical experience in production, we summarized several main physiological disease symptoms and control techniques that often occur in the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. The mycelium grows excessively in the production of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the mycelium is often dense because of the excessive growth of hyphae.
