Indoor cultivation technique of Pleurotus ostreatus-- disinfection of mushroom house
Mushroom houses should be strictly disinfected before use, and there are many methods of disinfection, which can be selected according to specific conditions.
Sulfur fumigation: usually seal the mushroom room first. Then ignite sulfur fumigation, 1 cubic meter about 15 grams of sulfur, this method is the simplest.
Formaldehyde, potassium permanganate fumigation: also seal the mushroom room, l cubic meter use formaldehyde 10 ml plus potassium permanganate 4 grams. Formaldehyde has strong germicidal efficacy and poor insecticidal effect, but it is very irritating. During disinfection, operators should pay attention to protection.
Bleach spray: 1kg bleach plus 30kg water spray. This method is relatively simple, does not need to seal the mushroom house, and has strong bactericidal power and permeability, and the disinfection effect is better. However, the solution should be used at any time, otherwise it will just reduce the germicidal efficacy. Bleach has a corrosive effect, so attention should be paid to protection during operation.
Bordeaux liquid spray: use concentration of 1%, that is, copper sulfate 1%, add 3% lime, prepared with water, 25 kg per 111 square meters. Old mushroom houses are often due to continuous use, many diseases, insects, miscellaneous bacteria, before each use, special attention should be paid to strict disinfection, otherwise it will pollute miscellaneous bacteria or make pest breeding, and bring losses to production.
