Key points of High temperature Ash cultivation of New strain of Pleurotus ostreatus
In the spring of 2001, after the end of our Pleurotus ostreatus variety comparison test, when the temperature was as high as 34 ℃, several Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies grew one after another on the waste heap covered by weeds, with gray-white to gray-black color, blossoming, and the largest flower weighed 2.4kg. After directional tissue separation and mushroom emergence test by means of bottle cultivation and bag cultivation, the performance was good. It was proved to be an excellent strain cultivated in summer after 2 years of pilot test. The virus-free treatment was carried out in the spring of 2004, and its character is more stable, so it can be used as the leading strain of Pleurotus ostreatus production in summer.
Key points of cultivation techniques
1. Whether the nutrition of the base material is rich or not directly restricts the number of hyphae, the strength of hyphae and the number of mushrooms, especially in the aspect of mycelial resistance. In recent years, most people only pay attention to the selection of new varieties (strains), but ignore the importance of base material nutrition, which has actually entered a misunderstanding. therefore, in recent years, we have studied the rational allocation of base material nutrition as an important topic. positive technical achievements have been achieved, and the related paper "the role of three-dimensional nutrients in edible fungi and its yield-increasing mechanism" has been published. The technical products are divided into mixing type and spraying type, the former is directly mixed into the base material, the latter is directly sprayed mushroom body, the combination of the two, the general yield increase effect is about 30%, the pilot test reflects very well. The basic formula is: cottonseed shell 250 kg, calcium superphosphate 5 kg, urea 0.75 kg, gypsum powder 3.75 kg, edible fungus two-dimensional nutritional essence (mixed type) 1 bag. When sowing before May, it can be cultivated with raw materials directly, and the sowing rate is 15%. When cultivated from June to August, 5kg of lime powder can be added for fermentation treatment, but the three-dimensional nutrients of edible fungi should be evenly added after the fermentation is completed. The input-output ratio is about 1 ∶ 6.
two。 In today's mushroom shed disinfection and pest control, when pollution-free and even green food is emphasized, the use of all kinds of chemical pesticides should be strictly restricted in production, especially those with high toxicity and high residues. An important part of this technology is to organically combine environmental disinfection (virus) and green food standards: outside the cultivation shed. Drugs such as carbendazim or stone sulfur mixture and dichlorvos can be sprayed on the basis of cleaning up the environment, while in the cultivation shed, drugs such as no trace of all diseases and mushroom disinfectant are used for preventive use, if diseases are found in the mushroom body, according to the variety and degree of occurrence of pathogens, yellow mushroom Yipiling and mushroom disinfectant are used to inhibit or kill them. During the cultivation from May to October, high-efficiency Quechongling solution was sprayed in the greenhouse to ward off mushrooms, mosquitoes and flies, so as to achieve the purpose of not only preventing diseases and insects, but also ensuring the green products.
3. When the mature bacteria are prolonged, the mycelium can decompose and absorb more nutrients of the base material, accumulate more biological energy and create rich material conditions for mushroom production. As we all know, mushroom production is based on the number of hyphae, and the number of hyphae is based on the nutrition of the base material and the length of time for its emergence. Under the same conditions, if the fungus is prolonged for more than 7 days, the yield can be increased by about 20%. Therefore, under normal conditions, we should create conditions to prolong the occurrence of bacteria, especially the time of maturing bacteria. Make the mycelium decompose and absorb more nutrients, and increase the number of hyphae. On the one hand, it can improve the resistance of mycelium, on the other hand, it can provide irreplaceable biological energy for explosive mushroom production. Specific measures can be taken such as low temperature, avoiding light, reducing humidity and so on.
4. Although there is no photosynthesis in the fruiting body, foliar fertilizer spraying still needs a considerable amount of nutrient elements for its growth, especially the lack of trace elements, which makes its nutrition incomplete, its yield is difficult to increase and its quality is difficult to improve. Spraying three-dimensional nutritional essence of edible fungi (spraying type) can effectively solve this problem. Usage: put a bag into the water of each sprayer (about 15 kg) and adjust the water temperature to 25: 32 ℃. When the diameter of the bacterial cap is about 2 cm, the mushroom body can be directly sprayed for 3 times, which can achieve the purpose of increasing production, greatly increase the thickness of the bacterial cap and enhance its toughness.
After taking the above series of technical measures, the biological efficiency of 120% to 150% can be obtained in most cultivation.

A new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-2001
"2001" is a new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus, which was newly selected in 2002. It is proved by crystal ratio test and large-scale production that it has three outstanding characteristics of high resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot, high yield and high efficiency. 1. High resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot. "2001" is a wide-temperature type of Pleurotus ostreatus, the fruiting body is light to grayish white, and can produce mushrooms in the temperature range of 33 ℃. Large-scale production can be planted from early autumn to the end of spring. "2001" can be safe and sound in the areas where yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot disease occur.

Why Pleurotus ostreatus is not good
Some Pleurotus ostreatus growers write to say that their Pleurotus ostreatus is not growing well and want to know what the problem is. Here are some analysis and reminders on some problems often seen in cultivation: the first reason may be that the ambient temperature and material temperature are not right. If the temperature range of mushroom production is higher or lower than that of the cultivated varieties, there will be no mushroom emergence or the phenomenon that the mushroom will no longer produce normally after a tide of mushroom turning to tide. The second reason is the poor ventilation of the mushroom shed. Poor oxygen supply and high carbon dioxide concentration are not conducive to mushroom production, and a large number of mushrooms will be caused by severe hypoxia.
