A new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-2001
"2001" is a new variety of Pleurotus ostreatus, which was newly selected in 2002. It is proved by crystal ratio test and large-scale production that it has three outstanding characteristics of high resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot, high yield and high efficiency.
1. High resistance to yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot. "2001" is a wide-temperature type of Pleurotus ostreatus, the fruiting body is light to grayish white, and can produce mushrooms in the temperature range of 33 ℃. Large-scale production from early autumn to the end of spring, "2001" can be safe and sound in the areas where yellow mushroom disease and leaf spot disease occur, and produce mushrooms as usual, even when the final material bag is spongy.
2. Wide adaptability and high yield. "2001" has a strong ability to decompose lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, and can grow well on rice straw, wheat straw, corncob, bean straw, broad-leaf sawdust, cottonseed hull and other culture materials, which fully shows its advantages of wide adaptability and high yield. The product comparison shows that the total yield of this variety is generally 18% and 30% higher than that of other varieties.
3. The benefit is high. This variety is listed in South China at the end of September, Central and East China in early September, and North China in mid-late August. It is a variety listed in early autumn with a high price. In addition, the variety has many advantages, such as cluster growth, large flowers, short handle, thick cover, beautiful shape, good toughness, high quality, good commodity, etc., strong market competitiveness, high price and good economic benefits, so it is welcomed by producers and consumers.

A New Variety of Pleurotus ostreatus-- Kangdi No.2
"Disease resistant No. 2" is a new wide-temperature Pleurotus ostreatus variety successfully bred by single spore hybridization. it has stable biological characters, strong resistance to miscellaneous bacteria, fast mushroom emergence, good mushroom shape, transportation resistance and high yield. It is an excellent strain on the market in autumn, winter and spring. Its main characteristics are as follows: 1. Resistance to yellow mushroom disease: in the environment where yellow mushroom disease or spot disease, dead mushroom and wilt mushroom occurred in the first tide-2 tide of other black varieties, "disease resistant No. 2" could produce mushroom continuously for 5 ~ 6 tides without any disease. 2. Resistance to heavy water: in the process of production management

Key points of High temperature Ash cultivation of New strain of Pleurotus ostreatus
In the spring of 2001, after the end of our Pleurotus ostreatus variety comparison test, when the temperature was as high as 34 ℃, several Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies grew one after another on the waste heap covered by weeds, with gray-white to gray-black color, blossoming, and the largest flower weighed 2.4kg. After directional tissue separation and mushroom emergence test by means of bottle cultivation and bag cultivation, the performance was good. It was proved to be an excellent strain cultivated in summer after 2 years of pilot test. The virus-free treatment was carried out in the spring of 2004, and its character is more stable, so it can be used as the leader in the production of Pleurotus ostreatus in summer.
